We love Swiss in for the food however on this visit using our website the waiter serving us was not aware of the mechanics and even tried to limit us to one use at our table hence 3 stars. Food here is excellent raclettes, fondue and sausages..

Just ate here for an advance birthday lunch with the family. Enjoyed their food and service so much that we didn't mind paying a little extra. We ordered their one kg steak which was good for 5 people and it comes with unli rice. We tried their raclette and the kids liked it. My mom in law enjoyed the black sea bass as well. Kudos to our server - Mr 'Ken' Mark who made our lunch enjoyable 😊

My partner and I ate here for Valentines dinner after I researched on where to eat. I put this restaurant as my third choice since it was rated pretty high, but I was a bit skeptical because of the mixed reviews. This will be a very honest review, and apologies in advance for my very strong emotions about the food. Note that it was probably because of the Valentines rush, but I believe it was not a reason for bad food. Raclette (7/10)I tried ordering the Parisienne Raclette, only to find out that the “chef” who was supposed to cook it was not in the kitchen yet, making this and the other grill raclettes unavailable. However, the waiter offered to have it cooked and served from the kitchen rather than it being cooked in front of you. I declined and ordered a standard Raclette instead, which came out with the sides a bit burnt, but it was the best food item we ordered. Zwiebelsuppe (9/10)Afterwards, we had the Zwiebelsuppe, which is a German version of the French onion soup. It tasted pretty good too, and The Old Swiss Inn was in for a good start. CandidatoThen came the Candidato wine. My glass had a bug floating on the surface of the wine, and it was replaced rather slow, along with an apology from the waiter. I was not as bothered, and continued to enjoy my Raclette. For the main course, we had the Creamy Shrimp Roesti as a complement to our Peppersteak Inn.Creamy Shrimp Roesti (N/A???)The dish they served WAS NOT EVEN CREAMY SHRIMP ROESTI. They served SHRIMP PASTA. With just 4 PIECES OF OVERCOOKED SHRIMP. On OVERCOOKED PASTA. From my “research” on Google, roesti is a Swiss potato dish, NOT A PASTA. Their menu even describes it as “The seafood version of our popular Zuri! Our crispy roesti potatoes complimenting the savory sauces perfectly” BUT THE CRISPY ROESTI POTATOES WERE NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. Peppersteak Inn (3/10)Next was the Peppersteak. I mean I was not expecting much for a Php 890 steak, but we ordered it medium-well. When my partner and I got the steak, we were both skeptic as it was a really thick cut of tenderloin. Alas, when I cut open the steak, the center was very very rare, if not raw, and the parts closer to the surface were very close to well-done. I have never seen a steak with a gradient of almost all levels of doneness. Although despite the negative food review, staff was very accommodating, props to them. The ambiance was alright too.I hope future diners will be guided with this review, as my expectations were set really high going into the restaurant. And I do hope that The Old Swiss Inn will take this criticism constructively, as its not my intention to degrade the restaurant.

Except for a few cheap flags nothing to suggest Swiss Inn.

been wanting to dine here for a looong while and when i finally had the chance, i ensured i had theie best sellers on the table. tasted 2 all-time and always ordered dishes called the zurich geschnetzeltes and fresh corned beeftheir zurich geschnetzeltes is made w/ shredded pork tenderloin in mushroom cream sauce served w/ roesti potatoes while their fresh corned beef is ofcorned beef brisket served w/ cabbage and boiled potatoes. the former is packed w/ flavor and the contraste between the crunchy roesti and the tender pork was a winner, the latter on the other hand has a subtle flavor (almost as if tasting the natural state of meat w/ less to no seasoning incorporated in the soup dish).also, if you wanna take home a piece of the old swiss inn by way of their viands, they have pre-cooked frozen meals for you to procure.
