After my long walks from glorietta to landmark I always stop by this place to either have a quick snack or lunch. I never really liked their location since it's so open to all the people walking there's just not enough privacy. But again, i like their food.

I love French Baker! I always order Chicken ala king and their Lasagna, because its just really good. However for this branch, what I don't like about it is that its located beside the entrance between Landmark and Glorietta, where sooooo many people passes by. You won't enjoy the food because its noisy, crowded, and looks really messy.

My favorite thing about French baker is that they go on sale near closing. This means you can get super good pastries for less. I love their pita wraps and foccacia. Their Danish is also good.

Bad service! Employees are very inefficient! I went there this afternoon and I was looking for their wheat pandesal but the girl said that I have to wait 20 minutes. Instead I asked if I can pay for the bread ahead of time and just come back for it after I'm done with grocery. They said it's ok so I made the payment, got the receipt and left. After more than an hour, I came back only to find out that the bread was not ready yet. The cashier and the other girls did not give any reason nor apologized. There were more than enough in the shelf but they did not even prioritize me even though I already paid for it. Instead they left me standing behind the counter and waited on the other customers that were in line. I was very disappointed! I talked to the supervisor but he didn't even gave me any explanation though he said pasensya na but it's not enough. I got my money back and left. I'm never coming back here.

We weren't really supposed to buy there but when we passed by their store, something caught our eye. It's the Coffee Custard Bun that we can only find at the Landmark Trinoma branch. I couldn't pass the chance 'coz I love this bread so much. We even confirmed with the staff if it's indeed the Coffee Custard Bun and she said it is. We got 2 pieces (I don't like to share it haha) and I happily ate it on our way home. It's freshly baked - the bun was so soft and big and it's full of the coffee custard filling. Definitely my favorite bread from French Baker.
