First speakeasy bar I've been in. Its hidden at an Exit door inside a cafe. This place is super cozy and the drinks are good. You gotta try some of their best seller cocktails, De Rigueur and Easy Street (if you like your drinks a bit hard), they serve a long list of cocktails for you to choose anyways. As well as beers and food. It kinda gives you an ambience like you're in 20s or something where people hide their bars (great gatsby kinda thing lol). But thumbs up for this bar. Will be back here countless of times cause its a short walk from the office

On the first time I visited this place, I had a difficult time understanding my friends' instructions of how to get here.  Since then I've been back a couple of times.  There's something about this place that's just so conducive to relaxing and downing a couple of glasses of whiskey.  I'm not sure if it's the ambience or the fact that you can barely see the people in front of you. Whatever it is, I like it.  It's a good place to just kick back and let loose.

Cool, dark and laidback vibe, unlike other rowdy bars. Really has a speakeasy feel. Drinks were quite pricey for me but I think they were using all kinds of nice stuff. Haha. They had a lot of great beer selections, too. The Mary Pickford, on the other hand, was too strong for our taste. For bar chow, we ordered these zucchini fries, they were sooo yummy but sooooo hot. Let them cool first before taking a bite! Haha! :D

Very nice cozy place. Definitely a must-visit speakeasy! I tried two of the bestseller cocktails; easy street and de rigueur. Easy street is more of the girly drink compared to the strong bourbon taste of the de rigueur. Can't wait to try the rest!😊

Perfect score! I love the fire exit door concept and they play 90s alternative music - which you end up singing along to while enjoying friendly company. Definitely nice crowd; order the nachos, super worth it! Affordable beer too!

If youre looking a place to relax after stressful day of trading chips or talking to a boss or client, or may it be your last day in your office and your former colleagues will send you off, this is a perfect place to hang on, Trust me! This place is awesome. They have cool music playing while your enjoying their imported beer or De RiGuer (cocktail) paired with chicken quesadilla and a bowl of nachos. Inside the bar is dimly lighted.Entrance btw is like your literal EXIT door in the office so don't be surprised if you get confused. There are two entrances, one in plaza cafe and the other one is one the back entrance of the building (Corinthian Bldg).Price: 8/10Staff : 7/10Recommended: Yes

Hidden behind an actual exit sign inside Plaza Cafe along Gamboa St., Exit Bar has become my favorite venue for after-work drinks or celebrating special occasions. The place is both intimidating and welcoming. The staff is suited up, so best to always dress to impress and leave your tank tops and shorts at home. They have a number of drinks available, which may look intimidating especially to those who have been so accustomed to ordering a bucket of San Mig Light (including me). But below each drink is a brief explanation on what it has, providing a beginner's insight and an invitation to try them all.As a huge James Bond fan, I've elected to try the famous Vesper, which is just a cooler way of saying "vodka martini with lemon peel." To my surprise, the waitress asked me what vodka I preferred them to use. Not a lot of gastropubs do this. Staying with the James Bond theme, I asked for the Belevedere.Diane wanted something different, and had their signature drink - De Rigueur. A mixture of Bourbon, grapefruit, and honey, De Rigueur was both intimidating yet welcoming - kind of what Exit Bar is.She also ordered Easy Street, gin-based that is again mixed with fruits, making it easy to drink.Overall, Exit Bar is must try. Whether you had a stressful week at work, or a celebration worth toasting to, Exit Bar has something for you.

I love the concept of this bar. It literally lies behind an exit door of the Plaza Cafe in the Corinthian Plaza building. Parking was just outside Plaza Cafe, you will have to ask someone if you plan on not getting lost. The vibe is really chill and perfect for catching up with friends over a bottle of beer or a glass of cocktail. Very dim inside, and there's a no smoking policy. They have a wide selection of beers, I only tried the cocktails - De Rigeur (the house specialty) was too strong for my taste. Cosmonaut was better, kind of sweet and refreshing, none of the strong alcohol taste.
