This Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf in this location is one of the our favourites coffee place in this area. It has a high ceiling, clean ambiance and friendly staff. It’s my first time to try their Matcha and I liked it a lot. It wasn’t all too sweet and it was creamy and smooth. Just the way I like it. I think for 160php for a regular size, it surely is a steal.

Food is great (especially the spanish sardines pasta. Pasta, as my comfort food, must be served fresh off the pan or oven and CBTL always delivers that kind of quality. Their staff, as expected, are knowledgeable, accomodating and courteous. I have always favored coming to any CBTL branch than to other cafes because they offer more than just good food and tasty drinks; they offer kind and friendly service. I have been a customer for more than a decade and their service juat keeps getting better.

Love the Chicken Pesto Sandwich. But I was put off by the templated spiel of baristas asking for additional orders (would you like a drink / cake with that) and the card offer (would you like to avail...).I just want what I ordered, please.

One of my favorite CBTL branches. I like that it's spacious and has glass walls that give you a view of Ayala. Plays indie alternative music too ❤️❤️❤️. 👎: Limited outlets (just two) so if you plan to work here, make sure your laptop is charged. Plus the couches are worn out.

This place serves good coffee, and their staff is very friendly. The cashier even wished me luck with my interview. ???? I must say their blueberry cheesecake is a bit meh, though.

This CBTL branch is literally 10 steps away from my office but I always end up ordering coffee elsewhere because:a.) They customer service sucks. They can't event get SIMPLE instructions right, like, blending the whip into the drink, or adding another shot of espresso. It's really disappointing and sometimes, irritating.b.) They always run out of COFFEE. I remember from November to January 2014, this branch only offers two kinds of espresso-based beverage - Mocha Latte and Chocolate Mocha Latte which both tasted blah. And then for the blended beverages, the only choices are Mocha and and Red Velvet. What a shame. If there's probably two things that are worth visiting for at this CBTL store, it would be their Greek Salad and Spicy Tuna Linguine Pasta. But coffee, nah. You're way better off enjoying the FREE coffee in your office pantry.

My favourite stop for Genmaicha Tea with Banana and walnut muffin :) heaven delight and the Toblerone Cheesecake- splendid! Their coffee glasses are one of the best along with the Tinned Genmaicha Tea you could carry home or gift some tea lover.. This place never disappointed me:)

Next to Starbucks, this is where I want to stay to have serious talks with very close friends. For me, this branch in Legazpi Village has the friendliest baristas of all. They have pleasant aura and are all smiles every time. This is the first branch of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf that I've been in and, being my favorite on the competitor's menu, I tried their Caramel Ice Blended Coffee, which tastes much different from Starbucks' Caramel Frappucino. I liked the sweetness that it brings into my mouth. I also just realized that whichever branch I order it from, the mix (if they still do mix it) has a consistent taste, which is a good thing.Prices are just the same, but I just hope they add a third size as the biggest, so I can enjoy more of their Caramel Ice Blended Coffee.

Their pasta is good for sharing, reasonable price too. Drinks are a little pricey but tastes better compared to it's competitor (SB). I like their quiche too, but price is not quite reasonable.

After hundreds of hours spent in this coffee shop while drinking a delicious cup of coffee (and earning thousands of swirl rewards points in the process), I can proudly say that Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf has been my favorite coffee shop for the past 4 years. . Although not as popular as Starbucks Coffee, I think this humble little coffee shop has better coffee, a homier feel, and a better music playlist than it's more popular counterpart. It also has an outstanding gourmet menu and a really delicious selection of tea from around the world. I like their drinks so much that at one point, I was able to get 5 Giving Journals (I gave the other 4 as a Christmas gift) because I was hooked to the delicious beverages and good food.
