My benchmark commercial espresso coffee shop serves consistently good tasting, crema-rich espresso drinks. The only advantage the most popular coffee chain has on CBTL is speed. In CBTL, you gotta wait a while for your order. Hence, the remote pagers they give you.Which brings me to another point. If you prefer a more conducive place to meet or study, CBTL beats the popular brand too where the din is exacerbated by baristas screaming customers' orders. At CBTL, it's quieter as they just page you.If you prefer tea, CBTL gives a number of options a well (tho I can't comment on that as I am a coffee person, thank you).If you're hungry beyond their cakes and pastries, you can try their very decent pasta offerings. And if you become a member of their Swirl club, you not just earn points for use as credit on your food or drink order, but you also get access to their in-house wifi anytime.

I visited this branch last mother's day with my mom for her steaming hot tea fix after a hearty lunch feast.Tbh, we first opted for Starbucks in Greenbelt 1 but the place was full so I took her here instead. She ordered a cup of hot green tea which we found okay-ish. Delicious but not to the point of extraordinary. The interiors of this branch is much better than the ones in Southmall. Seats are placed within a reasonable distance from one another, and there are electricity outlets that the customers can use.The staff are warm and welcoming. Although it might take a bit long for you to get your order (especially on weekends), still a good place for a drink of tea or coffee and some ambience. The tea: 4/5Place: 4/5Staff: 4.5/5

I enjoy staying at their GB branch as it has a relaxing ambience. And it’s usually less crowded here than the other nearby coffee shops. I love their food. I usually order the eggs ben, but was surprised that the scrambled egg with salmon tasted great. Their service is good, and their price is reasonable.

I was very glad to have a "reading buddy" while enjoying my a today's brew and a piece of pecan pie. CBTL is constantly improving its food, drink and service.

I am a fan of thai milk tea. Once i heard from my friend that coffee bean offers thai milk tea latte. I went to visit them. I ordered for thai milk latte. The taste is not bad although its not exactly the same with the real thai milk tea. Its quite satisfied.
