If you want to relax, do your papers and/or just eat good food, head at Coffee bean for a relaxing atmosphere. Love their salads and my ultimate favorite southern blend iced tea. Just a warning, not all Coffee bean shops are peaceful ha ha :)

(Sorry for the low quality photo.)I love this branch's alfresco which is located in the upper floor. It holds about four groups only so the the voices can be minimal. I just hope this branch solves the wifi problem at the upper alfresco area. The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf offers drinks that have the right amount of sweetness in them. Their base is not "pump" syrup style which is the reason for the not-overly-sweet drinks. Every coffee based drink they offer really taste like coffee and not being overpowered by the "flavors".

Im not a fan of the coffee in CBTL, but I do love the food their offer! My favorite sandwich is the salami and cream cheese - this one is oozing with salami and cheese. I highly recommend this :) Their lasagna is also the best! So yummy and cheesy!

Out of all of CBTL’s drinks, my favorite is their Morrocan Mint Tea Latte! It reminds me of a creamier version of Swiss Miss’ Mint Chocolate variant. This is my go-to drink especially especially when it’s raining outside. For their meals, I love their Tomato and Herb Linguine. I just wished they’d put more than just 2 strips of cheese on top. I ordered their Salmon Scramble once but I was disappointed because the salmon was not fresh. Since then, I just stuck to their pastas.

The staff was really friendly but our pandesal buns were served cold at the bottom. Good but partially cold. White chocolate dream still the best!

I am sooo happy that Double Chocolate was available at this CBTL branch. I never really understood how CBTL gets the supply of Double Chocolate to its more popular branches wrong so often. It seems the only way we can get our DC fix is to scour the metro for the out-of-the-way Coffee Bean outlets.

Coffee Bean is now my default when I want some refreshment that's tea based. I still love my English Breakfast from Starbucks but there is something soothing with CBTL's African Sunrise. I've tried to ask them to give me an iced version of the hot tea with provably honey or sweet syrup but in every single branch, they refuse. They said they can't guarantee that I'll taste good. Maybe that's where I wish Starbucks customer service will enter.Anyhow, I had their African Sunrise Tea Latte over ice instead. It's soothing and calming. With notes of citrus and subtle scent of flowers, the milk ties everything together. I can finish the largest size in no time coz that's how much I like it!Bonus on this visit was the slice of Nono's Chocolate Oblivion from Classic Confections! Yup, CBTL carries this classic and well loved cake already! It's rich, chocolatey and I just love the praline nuts that it's covered with. This cake is sweet, sweeter than usual, so better prepare your sweet tooth!

This branch of CBTL is one of those that are filled with people. Aside from the fact that it is along Makati Avenue, it is also near the hotels and let us just say, the red light district of Makati. This CBTL branch is commendable for having friendly staff and very efficient service.

This branch is always full of people maybe because of the location. However, it seems quiet to me compared to other shops. Most people I see are busy with their laptop or book. There is a corner table upstairs that I like. I like the pastries more than the coffee but that's just my pteference.

This branch is always full — BOTH floors.- Good lighting- Friendly staff- Lots of chairs and tables- closes late (til 2am)CONS:- kind of cramped inside here- dirty comfort room :(- only a few seats are close to the electrical outlets- their pastries never seem to be fresh :( :( :(
