Am reviewing a branch that opened here recently at Lasapin Food Court in Strata, Pasig. My review can be an eye opener for this establishment. 2.0 because preparation and store is unhygienic. First guy gets a frozen chicken by the hand without gloves and places it directly on their griller. The griller is still burned because when I asked them to heat my bread it turned out black. (I had it changed). They placed it on top of it. Who would eat that? A number of bites of my Spiced Grilled Chicken was also bitter. Instant cancer. He also cooks my sunny side up floating with oil like its deep fried. He adds up the sauce directly from a big container to my sandwich. I didn't know why I ate it! Anyway BBQ Shack hope you get this stored fixed and hoping it's an isolated case.

Had lunch here prior to meeting friends in Glorietta. I was scouting for open seats in SM Makati's food court and saw BBQ Shack with a couple of empty seats so I gave it a go. I wanted something filling and quick, and that's exactly what I got. I ordered their Grilled Pork Belly with a side of fried egg. It was really good. The liempo was tender and flavorful and the slathered sauce on it was great. I really enjoyed my meal here.

Good value for money. I ordered TBone Steak for Php 150.00 and I had a decent dinner. The steak sauce is on point (not too salty, not too bland) unlikr other steak house I've tried before.
