Food tastes good and is worth the price. I like their buffet style of hotpot wherein you will be asking for it instead of getting it on your own bec. you'll be able to focus more on cooking and eating. They also offer a buffet style for salads and desserts wherein you'll be the one to get it on the buffet table. The service is not that bad when I visited the place. Maybe they improved already based on the bad feedbacks they've been getting before. But I wish all the waiters/waitresses will be trained to proactively ask the guest if it is their first time so that they can provide some intro on how the buffet style is instead of explaining only when the guest asked about it.Overall, my experience is good and I'll definitely comeback again.

Worst service ever!!! We waited for a very long time to call someone's attention for refill plus another long time waiting for him to come back 🙄🙄🙄Food was OK.

Me and my bf decided to try their shabu shabu since we are both craving for shabu shabu. Their food is really good! I really like their satay soup. 5/5 for me. However, the service is not good. Their service is a little slow. But for the food, it’s 5/5 ☺️

Ambiance is perfect though it's a little too dark when it's already at dinner service, servers are attentive. Now for the food, quality is great, and if you are really in to devour bowls of soup and you are such a fan of shabu shabu great place for you! But if you are looking for a place to really experience authentic japanese or asian fusion buffet eat- all you can resto then maybe you'll feel a little disappointed here, because you only get a choice of 1 tempura, sashimi, maki rolls or yakitori sadly you can't test them all, well you can if you are up to pay for ala carte in a buffet. However they also have unlimited desserts, side dishes like kimchi, kani roll and they also have a unlimited kani salad. All in all it's a good restaurant, since I like good quality cheap places I would this one is a bit pricey. But I believe that is because of the quality of meat they offer and they are good you just really need to know how to make great soups so you can enjoy this place. For our dinner I chose a sukiyaki broth and pork broth, then filled it with different kinds of mushrooms, vegetables and tons of meat.

Here at tenka, 4:30pm open na daw sila, now its 5:30, isa lang server nag aasikaso.. mga ibang servers naka tambay sa mga upuan. Sana makarating sa management nila.. eh kung d pa ready mga tao mo, wag ka mag open!

I called to have a table reserved. Although, the personnel I spoke with said it wasn't necessary since it's pretty early, I didn't want to risk waiting for a table. Went with three other friends. I asked which of the broths were their best sellers. He recommended the Japanese Bone Soup and Satay. Later on, we figured it's the same broth, the Satay with an additional Satay paste though. I must say the Bone Soup base was close to tasteless. I guess I was expecting a similar experience from the authentic Japanese shabu restaurant the last time I was in Osaka. Good thing there were condiments available to remedy the blandness of the broth.  As per the order process, we were provided with a checklist of the ingredients we preferred. You can actually order everything in the list. We got lots of beef, meatballs and veggies though. While waiting for your broth and shabu ingredients, there are side dishes available in the buffet table. At that time, they had this fried california maki- tasting sushi. It was actually good. They also have salad, cold soba, and kimchi for starters. There were also ice cream and cake squares available. Glad we didn't get to experience the sucky service almost everyone had as per previous reviews. Lucky us, I guess.

Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend others to eat here. The staff weren’t accomodating when we went there and food is not really that delicious. The broth is almost tasteless and the other flavors of it are almost the same taste, bland. Lastly, they would want to check out on their food first before serving them, the label of the ramen was not removed (twice) and it’s clearly not our fault. My cousin almost ate them. Also, I’ve seen a lot of bad staff reviews and how they had a cockroach on their container(?) once. (Please correct me if i’m wrong). I would highly recommend for you to go find another hotpot shabu shabu instead of going here. Ambience: 7/10Food: 3/10Staff: 1/10

Though you will be the one to choose the meat and all the other things you will put in your soup, what was lacking so much was the amount or the serving size of each ingredient. Hopefully, they will have that corrected in the near future, especially since they have a charge for leftovers. On a positive note, their appetizer bar and dessert bar were spot on. But it was not enough to get past a 3.0 rating for me.

I've been here a couple of times and I should say that food here is great but they can do better with the service. The staff were friendly but they tend to forget to bring me what I asked from them (like water or refills). Getting their attention was also a challenge. Though there were just a few guests, it takes a while before the staff could attend to my call / need.Ambiance is good. It's roomy there. Quiet compared to other buffets in Manila. Their couches are comfy too. We have our own space and it felt private w/c was good. I like it that way. :)Their US Beef was great. I'll tag that as my personal favorite. Salmon Sashimi is next on my list. Then, their Lamb. Last will be the their Shrimps (they're kinda small tho.. compared to Shrimps of other shabu shabu restaurants). They also have pork, salmon head, various mushrooms, and almost everything you'd look for in a shabu shabu restaurant. They have a salad and dessert bar, w/c was nice. Ice creams were present too. :DIt's pricey here, yea.. but still a good dining experience. :)
