There is nothing special about their food. Their bestseller which is the U.S Beef Isaw doesn’t tastes so good. Also, it is one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! The servers weren’t welcoming and kinda rude. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

I don't know if it was a case of ordering the wrong dishes, but of everything, their Kimchi Rice was the only dish that I liked. I found the US Beef Rib Finger to be bland, the Chicken Gizzard to be extremely dry, and the US Beef Isaw to have a weird sour aftertaste.Perfectly situated in the border of the Poblacion area, Tambai offers affordable food and drinks good for pre-game. Unfortunately, taste-wise, it didn't offer too much.

Tambai used to be our go-to place even before Poblacion became the it street. We loved the reasonably priced and delicious food and the friendly staff. Imagine our disappointment when we visited recently and everything we loved before was gone. The yakitori's flavor and taste is lacking, the japanese fried rice was so watery like porridge, and the waitstaff was snobbish and seems forced to take our order. Hope they improve their customer service and food quality but for the mean time, we'll pass on eating here. :(

The best streetfood-style yakitori spot this side of town! I keep coming back for their Beef Isaw, Wagyu sticks, Beef Rib Fingers and pair them with Bacon wrapped quail eggs & Garlic with basil. Truly a chill “tambayan” where you can enjoy your cold beers along an alley and get your grilled beermatch fresh from the kitchen. First time I tried their soft shelled crab last night. I preferred it with less sauce so we ordered it twice. Yum! Cheers guys :)

A new favorite for me and all my friends. Not that obvious at first with its quaint and dimmed exterior but once inside, can be a nice hangout place with yakitori and beer.
