One of our favorite indian restaurants in Makati. It’s affordable and the food that we tried are all delicious. Our favorite is the Rogan Josh. Definitely worth it.

OVERALL: FOOD 4.5/5, SERVICES 4/5, PRICE 4/5, AMBIANCE 2/5So far the best indian restaurant I’ve tried. Food tastes like a good authentic indian food. The biryani rice has the right texture and you will definitely savor the indian spices in their chicken curry.

Did not disappoint. I had the Sangam Biryani cause i was craving Biryani today. Last time i ate at Swagat was close to 10 years ago when they were still on Rada. I fell in love with Indian food then, and Swagat continues to serve good indian food. Imho

Somehow I liked their food better when it was located on Rada. I recently ordered tikka masala and lamb curry and it was just so so. Too oily and not enough meat. Oh yes the serving is quite small. Even their naam bread was small for the price.

everything that we ordered is CRAP!!! to begin with, the rider waited a long time for swagat to prepare the food...initially i was hopeful that it took long thus it must be good food... to my disappointment, the buttered naan is not soft at all nor does it look feel and taste like naan. shahi paneer is disgusting!!! it's like tomato soup with an awful taste. even the paneer doesn't look like real. baingan bharta was just like raw tomatoes and onion mixed with a small amount of smashed eggplant. same thing with bhindi masala. it is such a fisgrace having to be an indian and then tasting indian food from a restaurant that is sooooo not good! i hope swagat could visit R.I.C.H. and taste their food...it's sad that non-indians will try to order at Swagat and plant an impression of how indian food tastes like.
