I was craving for Carbonara so, I started searching website and I found out that St. Marc Cafe serves it.I only know St. Marc for their really good Chococro (sad to say they closed their SM North Branch already) so I was somewhat excited to have my Carbonara. The pasta exceeded my expectations. The egg was cooked excellently so that you can mix it with the other ingredients. Also, no need to add more cheese 'coz the pasta just really tastes heavenly and the noodles are firm enough. Also, the serving of Bacon is generous that I do not need to worry if I ran out for the last few bites. They just need to work on the cleanliness of the restaurant but the food is really good.

Had the Kyoto delight and espresso here today. Overall nice atmosphere and quality on their deserts. The espresso was alright also but not anything special.

Especially when looking for a dessert place after a meal in Greenbelt (or nearby Glorietta), we end up here because the window display of soft serve cones and parfaits are soooo enticing! Good thing, they taste as good as they look.My favorite soft serve cone 🍦 is The Golden Nugget, just put “caramel” in there and I’m in! Comes with vanilla soft serve, cornflakes, mixed nuts and caramel syrup. Love the actual waffle cone too! 😋Among the Parfaits 🍨 - Kyoto Delight is a must! Vanilla soft serve, matcha ice cream (so good!), a scoop of red bean paste, kuromitsu (Japanese sugar syrup), warabimochi (jelly-like mochi), sponge cake, cornflakes, shiratama balls (rice flour dumplings) and dusted with kinako powder (roasted soy flour). Whew! Did I miss anything? 😆We also get their coffee, hot and/or iced, of course the one with caramel - Caramel Cafe Latte - is my go-to. But I recently tried the Butterscotch in their other branch and I like it. There were some few occasions that I’ve had a meal here and only because I love their Carbonara so much and keep coming back for it! The other day though, I got to try the squid ink pasta in the BGC branch, and loved it too! I’m not so much into their red sauce pastas or I’m not really a red-sauce-pasta person to begine with.Didn’t give this branch a perfect score because the space is small and can get quite cramped especially when the place is packed.P.S. And yes of course I like their Chococro, I always go for the classic because the chocolate they use inside is really good (doesn’t taste “cheap” at all). I also usually try a seasonal flavor when available.

This is their egg and ham sandwich: 1/2 egg sandwich and 1/2 ham sandwich. With a piece of lettuce to cover that little piece of ham. You be the judge.

Everything was fine and the food was also great. Having a croissant or any pastry for that matter is always a treat - a break from usual healthy diet....Until when they turn off the A/C at closing and the place turns into an oven. Other than this it’s fine. :)
