I like Sprout.  Their concept revolves around healthy eating, provided fast with a minimum of fuss. . I stopped by for a quick lunch, unfamiliar with the dining format.  They offer sandwiches, salads, desserts, juices, and even coffee and shakes.  You pick what you want off the display (which are chilled) and you can either get it to go, or eat in dine in.

After dinner, I wanted something sweet. It didn't matter that I had 3 lambchops for dinner. My tummy's built for dessert. Went to Sprout's kiosk in Greenbelt, kalurkey their suggestion. Lol! I didn't know what to get, they suggested the coco pudding. Ahehehehehe 440 calories of sweet, sweet love. Nabawi kaagad yung winorkout ko. It was good but after a few teaspoonfuls, surrender dila ko. Too sweet. Lakas makaguilty pero masarap, masyadong masarap. Yun lang. Thx.

I usually prefer a glass of fresh fruit juice over a can of soda, because it’s a more healthier choice as it is filled with vitamins and it has less sugar compared to sodas. There are also different kinds of juice that are good for the skin, eyes, liver and so on. It will all just depend on what kind of benefits we are looking for in our drink. It took me a while to choose a drink though and eventually decided to get the cold pressed PUMP UP MY JAM juice, which was composed of mango, banana, blueberry, pineapple, malunggay, cucumber and green apple. It tasted more like banana and blueberry. It was quite delicious and pricey for a 350ml juice, however it was worth it as it had beta-carotene, vitamin C, folate, insoles, lutein and anthocyanin; which are good for the immune system, detoxify harmful substances, builds healthy cells, eliminate carcinogens, destroy free radicals and the like. I wasn’t able to try their other products though, but i will be back for sure to try more of their juices, salads and so on.

What was once an ambitious college thesis is now a reality thriving in the growing, fast-paced city and is continuously sprouting in the metro. Sprout is a neighborhood convenience store in Salcedo Village, Makati which serves fresh and naturally made food for the people on the go. Better and safer than your favorite fast food, Sprout encourages customers to have a better choice on food by making convenient meals that are healthy and fresh.Guaranteed not only healthy but fresh, Sprout products are prepared from scratch every morning and left overs are not welcomed at the day’s end. Partnering with local farmers, nutritionists, and distributors, their products are locally sourced making it sustainable. Being an advocate of ecological balance, they also offer great benefits to one’s health by providing organic food. We know organic food are rich in antioxidants without the harm from pesticides which are good for our body acting as supplements.Watching what you eat can never be a mystery at Sprout since their products are packaged and labeled with nutritional information. A variety of recipes such as salads, sandwiches, wraps, bowls, cold-pressed juices, energy shots, desserts, pots + pods, and smoothies can be found on their shelves. The oats caldo can be your breakfast personal favorite, as it gives a different flavor with it’s fiber-filled version of our Pinoy staple food the “arrozcaldo”. This super bowl is not your average arrozcaldo as it’s made of rolled oats and is rich in fiber and protein. Why not reward yourself a post-workout meal and crowd favorite, Miso Salmon Quinoa bowl? It is high in protein and is perfect for “pesco-vegetarians” (vegetarians but eat seafood).Sprout has this all-natural energy shot, Spice Market, which is a great post-run treat. It has the ingredients of turmeric (with anti-inflammatory properties for faster muscle recovery), honey, calamansi, apple cider vinegar, and water. This is the only good shot that leaves you feeling bright and detoxified. You can also treat yourself to their cold-pressed juice which comes into 30 flavors to choose from.Published via healthjunkie.ph

Nice and clean! They assist us nicely. Food were good and I could recommendable to those vegans out there. In addition, affordable desserts are served.☺☺
