My website love for Spaghetti Factory (SF) goes way back, I would say estimated 20 years. Back in the day, I was a highschooler, and it was located along the 2nd floor corridor in between the Glorietta Activity Center and Quad 1/Glorietta 1. If you guys would remember, G1 used to be a cinema area. Yup... that was a long time ago.Back then, the price was about half the price it is today. The place was smaller, and there was more pasta types that you could choose from, even my fave--bucatini.Today, SF still keeps their core concept, which is picking a sauce with any pasta that they have. They might not have my beloved bucatini anymore, but they still have a good variety of pasta types to pick from. Even if the pasta types got less, their menu has expanded to more sauces, entrees, and desserts.Over the years, I have gotten to like/love many of their dishes--and I do mean a lot. LOL! I even have certain personal customized tweaks that I like to make them better, and the head chef and manager knows those tweaks. I don't even have to read the menu, and just say what I want to the manager and they know exactly what I am talking about. Honestly, I really only look at the menu if I might want something besides any of my regular orders.I even met the owner several times. I think he is German. Nice guy! One time there was a promo with free SF shirts, and I got 2 instead of 1. ☺👍 Him and his wife do come from time to time to check on things.Okay, SF might not be truly 100% authentic Italian, but it is authentic enough. Certain things obviously have been adjusted for the Filipino palette, and I am all thumbs up 👍 for it. They really do serve great tasting food.Factory Style Chicken Wings - I love my wings! These are some of the best wings in town. No, they cannot be compared to Buffalo wings as they are cooked differently. Trust me, a must try!Caesar Salad - A good caesar salad is hard to find, especially one that stands out. This dressing is supposed to have anchovies in it. The premade factory ones aren't good and I don't think they put in real anchovies. You can taste it here in SF's. They blended it in the dressing. Anchovies has a distinct saltiness. Aside from that, the bacon bits are generous.Onion Rings - They are lightly battered and nothing like other establishments. I don't know how they make the sweetness of the onions come out, but it does.Devils Shrimps - Classic gambas. Can't go wrong.Spicy Meat Sauce - One of my faves. I always ask them to rack it up really high in terms of spiciness. They know my level. It's high, and I love the burn!Stroganoff - Corned beef and mustard. Classic combo.Popeye's Secret - I love spinach. I even loved Popeye as a child. This veggie cream based sauce is anything but bland.Seafood Blackout - If you are a fan of adobong pusit and isn't afraid of getting black teeth, this is for you.Vongole - Classic clams and white wine sauce. Simple and perfect.Norway's Pride - I love salmon and capers! A light cream sauce doesn't totally take away all the sourness, but actually blends everything, lightly coating the pasta.Food: 5.0 - If I had 10 thumbs, I would give 10 thumbs up.Price: 5.0 - The food is quite affordable and sizes are generous.Service: 5.0 - Service is always good. I am still amazed Chef Chris remembers how I like my food, even if I don't eat here as much anymore.Ambience: 4.0 - Interiors could use a revamp. But things feel familiar and cozy to me.Missing SF. I must come back soon! 😜👍😁

We ordered chicken wings, pizza and carbonara. The serving of carbonara was big- was not so creamy though but taste is ok. Chicken wings were okay too - 3 pcs only. The pizza (im sorry) was horrible. We ordered the regular with 2 flavors- 5 cheese and ham, cheese mushroom. Im a pizzalover and cheese addict but believe me I was only able to finish 1 slice of 5 cheese and I wasnt able to taste even 1 cheese. It just tasted like an old bread in a bakery and had a hard time biting too. :( I hope you can improve your pizza. Pasta wouldnt be enjoyed with the kind of pizza that was served to us.

First, the service. Very satisfied. The attendants are very pleasant and welcoming. Just about perfect. Orders took not too long and they never fail to do get back to the customer whenever orders will take a little longer (as I have observed). Second, the food. Very authentic. For a fixed price, u can almost get a DIY pasta of your choice. Small place though but packs with excellent service and pastas. I love it here.

Pretty good place to go for your meals if you're on an average budget. The price is comparable to pizza chains. There's a promo for meriendas that amount to just over 100php at 2:00-6:00PM (?). Taste is more than expected compared to other joints you find on mall food courts.

Had the "best seller" Mafia Style that boasted 'Italaian sausages' which was basicallt thin slices of a quarter sausage sprinkled to make you think that they're beig generous. Pasta had too much acid and nothing to reel you back in. DO NOT ORDER THIS!The only redeeming factor was this squid ink pasta.Service is okay but nothing over the top. Special mention to the manager who spent hours beside the female staff. Disgusting.

SPAGHETTI FACTORY2nd Flr, Glorietta 1One of those lonely nights craving for something different with touch of seafood variants. Came accross this restaurant and tried a couple of dishes...LIGHT SEAFOOD SOUP PHP169 (3/5)Soup consisted of different seafood, like on shrimp, one clam and so on. Since it is light, it tasted a little bland but its ok, temperature was just right and not too hot. I was just expecting for something more.PASTA SAMPLER Php2991. Seafood blackout (4/5) - since i find it unusual, I was overwhelmed with that black colored pasta due to the squid ink. I was able too see sliced pieces of squid and it tasted like squid haha.2. Vongole (3/5) - little clams are just fine, though I was expecting something more.3. Red Seafood (3/5) - Tomato based red sauce with pieces of seafood. A little sour for me, most likely because of the tomato based sauce.Service - 3.5/5Food Price - 3/5Ambiance - 3.5/5

How this joint thrives baffles me. I rated it 2/5 stars out of deference to the polite waiter who served us even though he served us with spoons and forks to eat our pizza with and forgot to give the service water I kindly asked him he moment we were seated. The food is bland beyond disbelief—think bad hospital food—needless to say the stuffed chicken breast meal I ordered looked far from the photo posted on the wall and the menu. The lemonade we ordered was tasteless and looks to be some lemonade concentrate diluted with ice.The five cheese pizza tasted OK but I have had better flat pizzas elsewhere (Amici and Old Spaghetti House).Glorietta goers probably enter this restaurant in the hopes of finding another hole-in-the-wall (hope there are no other branches!) and I will bet one of my ovaries that more than half of those who decided to try this place out left with much disappointment.

This is our first time here. We ordered lasagna, italian meat ball, 100% pinoy and tiramisu. Italian meat ball tasted like tomato sauce, as in literally. Try to buy and taste Del monte tomato sauce in the grocery store. It's the same taste. Lasagna was bland, pasta's overcooked. Didn't taste 100% pinoy but my cousin just had half of it. Tiramisu was not that good also. The only thing that worked for us was the fast service.

The food is not good, the pastas taste very ordinary nothing special considering its 259 pesos. Our mussels has hair in it. Not gonna come back ever! Too pricey for a low quality food.

We ordered Aglio Olio and Lasagna which were both forgettable. Aglio Olio was soupy like chicken noodle soup. Lasagna was swimming in watery red sauce as well. Prices were very affordable but not worth it. Service was good though, servers were attentive.
