Avoid this place. I normally go to Shakey's for Sports events. I was here on the day of the NBA ECF Game 7. Guess what. They didn't pay their cable bill. No NBA. They guaranteed that they will have signal again after they pay in BDO within the day. I find it stupid that they present themselves as a part sports bar and they know that they have clients who come to watch games. I once gave a bad review of this place some months ago after I came in one morning and ordered a bunch of lunch (all day) and a breakfast pizza arrived. I told them I didn't order it. Waited 20 minutes before personally following up at the counter only to be greeted with blank stares. No one punched in my order. And I was there already half an hour. I will continue to drop by this place and wait for them to screw up so I can constantly give them a bad review. I go to Shakey's Shaw now. Comfortable place. Good service. Staff are Celtics fans like me. Not all branches are alike and I go to a lot like Morato and West Ave. Some are not perfect. Magallanes is the only one that keeps pissing me off.

You might have seen the catchy commercial featuring Luis Manzano and Alex Gonzaga. Thanks to this TV ad, I learned how "salmon" should be pronounced.. uhmm... yeah.

I often go to this branch if im craving for shakeys pizza and chicken but i just have to say that the service is the worst. Orders taking too long even payment sucks. You have to wait too long for the bill or the change. Waiters never smiling and just nice to people who look rich. Theres a discriminating look if you dont look like one. As if you dont have money. Hahaha. Place was good but not that clean. Please improve your customer service.

The place is almost always crowded at night. The service is not compromised with the amount of customers coming in, still pretty good. Pizza and pasta are good. Can't ever go here without ordering those and mojos. Pizza bianca has always been a favorite.

Veeery slow service, staff are soo disorganized. It took 30mins to get our bill. One even said they couldnt find our bill. My dad was trying to give feedback and the server left not interested to hear it! The pizza is soo bland, i requested for grand slam with 4 flavors. I only got 2 - basic cheese and hawaiian! Such a cheat.

I've been to their newly opened branch just recently and it was overall a good dine-in experience. Their newly opened store was bigger and better than before. There is an arcade section at the back near the exit where kids could play at P10/token. The function room is huge and spacious. The staffs were very polite, accommodating, and friendly. Our orders arrived early although it took quite a while for them to find is a seat at around 1PM they are still jumpacked with customers.Food is as always good plus they have a bar there where you could order alcoholics. UCC coffee and some desserts are also available.

WORST SERVICE EVER! Will definitely not come back! We waited for 20 minutes before we decided to cancel our dessert order as it was too long a time to wait for cookies and ice cream, and after I had said that I wanted a refund, THE MANAGER NEVER EVEN CAME OUT TO APOLOGIZE!He or she let our server give us our money and the manager never even let his or her presence felt.Mr. Christopher Po, you need to have better people running your businesses.This is just terrible.7 September 2017, 9:44pm, New Shakey's Magallanes.

Food is ofcourse good. Who are we kidding, this is shakeys! Service was bad at first (we were waving to order to no avail, same with the other diners-- maybe this place is too big and there are spots where diners were not easily seen)then we were handled by this very accomodating lady hence the 3.5 rating.Look at the plating esp the salad. This must have been the messiest shakeys plate served to me ever.
