Attended a children's party here last weekend. Food tasted great as always but some were cold already. They should have timed it better. The usual party faves were served buffet style and the servers portioned them on a giant plate. When i requested for water, they pointed me to the water dispenser which wasn't squeaky clean. Part of the spout? (The thing you have to press so water will come out) was broken/basag. The giant thick crust pizza wasn't cut through. It was challenging to slice. I was afraid that the pizza would topple over.Steps leading to the second floor were high and very steep. Chairs and tables were too tight. If you wanted to go to the front of the room, you had to go out the door and enter another.Parking at the basement of the mall was tight and dark. No escalator or elevator from the basement to the mall. You need to go through the mall to get to Shakey's. A bit of a walk especially if you are carrying a lot of stuff. The in house host/game master/magician was very energetic. The kids and adults enjoyed themselves. Found it funny though that the host kept on asking the kids for their names when they claimed their prizes. There were just a few kids around.Hope this helps for those who are thinking of celebrating here.

Dined in by 10PM, the work force is under manned. We assisted ourselves in finding a seat. It took at least 15 minutes before the plates were bussed out. Sequence of service is not religiously done. Had to make a follow up of order or even water. I hope the management reconsiders hiring additional staff due to high volume of people since it ks located in a strategic area.

Me and my officemates would sometimes eat here during Monday. Sometimes they have promo of 40% off on chicken and mojos. I love mojos of Shakeys.

Been a regular here. Needless to say, pizzas stand out but we have liked their salads and soups as well. Decent flavours, fresh and quick is the key. Pasta dishes are something I would ask to avoid - no flavours and bland is the factor on these - may be time for them to consider taking it out of the menu..Server named Anna stands out for her effort to keep the customer happy... Quantity as specified.

We went here last night to have our late dinner. We planned to have light meal so we ordered Caesar Salad plus Solo Pack Chicken and Mojos. Few minutes after the server took our orders, he said that All Salads were not available. We were so disappointed about it because this is a 24 hours restaurant. They shouldn't be running out of stock. So, we opted for Vegetarian Pizza! As a non-vegetarian, this pizza was just OK. Though they can improve it by adding more veges to make it right for its price.Chicken and Mojos - I am a fan of this pair though I always complain how salty the chicken. Lemon Cucumber is always my choice of drink here. The place is wide and the ambience was good. Customer service was just fine.

This branch is always so full! Luckily their staff are so nice!! Food is always great and they have good service. I recently was getting takeout as well and it took about 30mins for them to serve my pizza but what made up for it was that their staff gave me some iced tea while I was waiting! Really love their service here!!

🌸 Location is good and accessible🌸 Parking spaces available🌸 Pizza is good but the crust is a bit loafy 🌸 Mojos are dry and I am really disappointed on their onion rings bcoz it drains too much oil 🌸 They do have accomodating service crews🌸 Ambiance is good

Service was soooooooo slow. We didn’t drink till they serve the tea then we got our ice after and the water also,After waiting for 30 mins or so. The blue server was not attentive enough. The bill was fast.

We hope this branch takes extra effort to ensure availability of menu ingredients. We ordered pizza and hand tossed dough, all salads and mozarella cheese were not available. Considering that the customers are not that heavy during our visit.
