Attended a children's party here last weekend. Food tasted great as always but some were cold already. They should have timed it better. The usual party faves were served buffet style and the servers portioned them on a giant plate. When i requested for water, they pointed me to the water dispenser which wasn't squeaky clean. Part of the spout? (The thing you have to press so water will come out) was broken/basag. The giant thick crust pizza wasn't cut through. It was challenging to slice. I was afraid that the pizza would topple over.Steps leading to the second floor were high and very steep. Chairs and tables were too tight. If you wanted to go to the front of the room, you had to go out the door and enter another.Parking at the basement of the mall was tight and dark. No escalator or elevator from the basement to the mall. You need to go through the mall to get to Shakey's. A bit of a walk especially if you are carrying a lot of stuff. The in house host/game master/magician was very energetic. The kids and adults enjoyed themselves. Found it funny though that the host kept on asking the kids for their names when they claimed their prizes. There were just a few kids around.Hope this helps for those who are thinking of celebrating here.

Dined in by 10PM, the work force is under manned. We assisted ourselves in finding a seat. It took at least 15 minutes before the plates were bussed out. Sequence of service is not religiously done. Had to make a follow up of order or even water. I hope the management reconsiders hiring additional staff due to high volume of people since it ks located in a strategic area.

Me and my officemates would sometimes eat here during Monday. Sometimes they have promo of 40% off on chicken and mojos. I love mojos of Shakeys.
