11thBLACK DRAGON MILK TEA P105.00 LargeFirst time to taste it. Taste good and very chill place. Too much ICE in my cup! lol Though it's a small store, but it's clean and has clean restroom and cool environment. Come and visit Rada Serenitea, beside Port Royal Place and front of Union Bank Rada. Let's go!

Serenitea serves the best green tea or matcha drink. If you love green tea, double green tea is a must try. Green tea drink with green tea icecream on the bottom. They also have a wide selection of milk tea and serve finger foods. I love the ambience of the place but the place is small for all the customers.

Milk Tea & Chicken Chops are my favorite go-to comfort food and drink 💚 I wouldn't survive this hectic week if it weren't for these all-time favorites! 💯Thankful that I was able to share these treats with my officemates after work and satisfied our cravings with Serenitea 🍵#SereniteaMomentsNEW MUST TRY: Hong Kong Milk Tea👌OLD TIME FAVES: Chicken Chops, Spicy Squid, Hokkaido Milk Tea, Okinawa Milk Tea

Food and drinks are generally prepared well in this Serenitea branch with just one incident of the staff not preparing my drink as instructed (110% vs 75% sweetness) but they fixed that up right away 😊Food I've tried, recommended marked with an asterisk (*):- Chicken Chops*- Hong Kong Milk Tea- Thai Milk Tea- Assam Milk Tea (75%)*- Okinawa Milk Tea (25%)*

I’m not really into milktea, so I will not be able to give feedback on it. I was tagged along by my colleagues to this branch as they love their drinks. The place is clean and the staff are knowledgeable of the products; which to me is important because I believe that they should be the best person who can give comments on what they sell. I ordered peppered tofu: it’s a bit spicy, crunchy and comes with a few fried basil to add to the taste. They also sell cakes, finger food and tumblers. The prices of their drinks are not cheap, but since they have a lot of loyal customers, it only proves that it’s worth it.

Giving 4 stars for the food. Been ordering Pepper Tofu and it really is tasty! I tried the chicken chops too and it’s good but quite few for the price. Not really a fan of Serenitea’s drinks but what I like are their chocolate-base drinks.

Yay! #peppertofu #potatoround and #frenchbeans in one cute box. Such a cute way to go riceless. I just wish the crew are approachable enough to let you know that your order is still in the pan after 9 long years. Am lovin' the veggies though.#serenitea

I love the place people are nice but please when you tell us to wait for 15-20 mins, commit on your timeframe or atleast provide a heads up.. it’s a sign that you respect people’s time

The biggest joke is this place’s no regard for priority lanes for PWDs and Senior Citizens. According to RA 10754 “(e) Provision of express lanes for persons with disability in all commercial and government establishments; in the absence thereof, priority shall be given to them.” When I told the cashier that I am a PWD, she pointed me at the line and said “Mam walang priority dito, pumila kayo kagaya ng iba.” I was in shock and could not believe what I heard. I even told her that it is against the law. I asked for their manager and the only thing he said to me was, they don’t have a priority lane but they give discounts. They even had the gall to tell me to ask the customers if they’d allow me to go first. The lady at the counter said in a rude manner, “kayo bahala makipagusap sa nakapila kung pasisingitin kayo.” It was irresponsible of her and the whole staff to pass on that decision to their customers. Very bastos and inconsiderate!
