Just another typical teahouse. Everything is common, nothing is special about this branch. I like their beverages especially the Hokkaido Milk Tea and Emperor Milk Tea. Instead of pearls, I suggest adding Nata de Coco.

For a wonderful brewed tea, I always go to Serenitea. First, I can choose the sugar level of my drink then there's a lot of flavor and add ons to choose from and lastly the service, they provided great customer service. By the way, Wintermelon Milk Tea is a must try at Serenitea.

Regular milk tea (from Serenitea) doesn’t come with crystals or pearls (which is extra), and I always ask for less sugar because I don’t like my drinks super sweet. That said, with the sugar adjustment, the drink was pretty good. The tea flavor balanced the sweetness well and there was no lasting aftertaste. The tea itself is very generic, nothing spectacular. In all honesty, I don't see nor taste the difference between here or other milk tea franchises quite frankly. The sudden sweetness would make coffee look down in shame. There’s three diferent sizes of drink, and it is a little on the pricey side, but as I didn’t really have anything to complain about in the drink, I didn’t mind too much.

Because it was my friend's birthday and he decided to treat us for milk tea, we opted to go to Serenitea since it's near the MRT station. It's one of my favorite Milk Tea shops.Ok. The thing is with this branch, they don't serve chicken chops. I've tried that once in their Greenfield branch and it was good. But this branch offers some rice meals. Also, they don't have a rest room. We had to go out and cross the street near Mann Hann to use the toilet. Anyway, their cakes are good, specially their cheese cakes.  However, our milk tea wasn't that sweet. We asked for sugar level 100%, but it seems that it was only 75%. Maybe it defers per branch. I don't know.Lastly, it was cute of them to print a "H-BDAY PO" to my friend's order :)

Wintermelon Milk Tea with mixed Egg Pudding and Crystals is an all-time favorite! A lot of sinkers to choose from, which I like and you can have 2 mixed together without paying extra. Staff are friendly and helpful.
