Its own version of Chicharon Bulaklak is a must try. Nothing special actually save that the way it was fried is near perfection. One of my favorites in this place is its Humba..Its Adobo Flakes is alright. Sisig, too oily. But I guess the place needs renovation since it looks kinda gloomy or old despite the colors. :)

Best place for team lunch. The food is good for sharing at a very affordable price. It's a small place but very intimate. Perfect for relaxation at the same time fun.

Delicious Pinoy food! Most everyone I have spoken to who has eaten there tell me they love the food. Place has a good crowd on weekdays but weekends see a much smaller group of patrons. Guess people haven't figured out that the place is open on weekends. I like the cowboy sisig. One of the best in town - a nice twist combining beef (cow) and pork (baboy) into a sizzling, crackling, and meaty combo! The kaldereta is a hidden gem and the Spanish-style bangus belly is a yummy surprise. For veggie lovers, try the Pinangat (either shrimp or pork). It's made with Gabi leaves and gata, like Laing, but in a different take. They also have a nice Gising-Gising. There's so much more on the menu to try - Inasal Skewers, Binagoongan, Smoked Sardines Effuven, Cabanatuan Longganisa, etc - that means more visits to this delicious secret in Salcedo Village. For dessert, try the Maruya if you prefer Pinoy but there is a whole selection of delicious cakes and other desserts too - Crack Sundae (an ice cream cake), Dulce de Leche, Mango Trifle, Apple Pie, Turtle Pie, to name a few.Btw, the place also has a Continental menu at the side room called 'Hearty Plates'. Try the Chili with Cornbread. It will surprise! The other items look like they are also worth trying.

My friend and I are looking for a place to eat around salcedo village and ended up here since our chosen restaurant was full at that time (around 12:15pm). They're serving Filipino and American Dishes as well as coffees. It's our first time here, so we've asked the waitress on what's their best seller/recommended on Filipino Dishes. She advised us to try their Cowboy Sisig which we do then ordered Pakbet con Chicharon and two cups of rice. Servings were for sharing and presentation was okay. Sisig is good thou a bit oily but still loved the taste of it as well as the Pakbet. We'll probably go back here to try other menus including their coffees and cakes.

I loved the humba! The meat was tender and the taste reminded me of how my lola did her humba! It's been a really crazy week and I'm happy my search for comfort food brought me here. 😊
