Some of my teammates and I decided to spend our last day in our Makati office by devouring over unlimited BBQ at Samgyupsalamat. It’s a Korean restaurant concealed along the very busy Jupiter St. in Makati. I was so surprised that a restaurant actually exists in that part of the city. We’ve been passing its spot every day for the longest time, and I didn’t even have the slightest idea that there’s a hidden website haven in the area. Their menu is quite extensive, but we decided to avail of their unlimited BBQ promo. Hungry diners have the options to have either unlimited pork (lunch PHP380 / dinner PHP430) or unlimited pork and beef (lunch PHP480 / dinner PHP530). We decided to go with the second option.

Very accommodating staff. Nice food... we ordered unlimited 1 (pork). Meat is tender and tasty, they served us around six side dishes. -Satisfied customer with a happy tummy :)

One of the best unlimited korean bbq place in the metro in terms of food quality and affordability. Both meat and banchan (their kimchi is superb) are served fresh. Dipping sauces can use some improvement (too sweet). Service, however, is downright abysmal, and poor service is always a dealbreaker. Try to go as early as opening hours because the line tends to get long quickly.

Very worth your money. Beef and pork were grade A. It's cheaper than most of the high end Korean Restaurants but quality is the same. Small space but it would do. Food is more important. 👌

Days before Saturday we called for reservations and they said that the minimum pax for reservation was for 10, SERIOUSLY. So anyway, we went there last Saturday around 4:45 and we waited for almost an our just to get our seats.The staff was rude and not accommodating.The only thing good about this place is their food and that's it. Sangyupsalamat, a Korean place which offers unlimited Korean pork and beef located in the heart of Makati. Reservation: If you want to have a good seats for the family/friends and not have to wait you should reserve a number seats already. Sadly, in my part, when my girlfriend called they only do reservations for 3 or more people. We were wait listed and stayed at the mini stop down stairs for at least 45 minutes. Suggestion for future customers: call asap to get seats. Suggestion for the restaurant: consider accepting reservations for two. Service: Service had a bad start. The receptionist here had kinda of sarcastic with a blank expression while we asked how long we're going to wait. Once we got our call, 45 minutes later, the receptionist pointed us to our table, yes, pointed, not showed. Once seated, the server just slides the menu from his hand and over our table then walks away. Although there were some servers who were kind enough to ask us if we wanted to change our grill and even suggested what we should order. Suggestion for the customers: be patient. Suggestion for the restaurant: staff should be passionate with serving customers. Ambiance: The place was pretty Korean. I mean they had TV screens showing Korean pop bands. Although when people start cooking the food the smoke literally gets in your eyes. Suggestion for the restaurant: better ventilation. Suggestion for the customers: Bring goggles, no joke. Food: Food was great! I think this is the only aspect that saved them from not having a bad review. What you pay is what you get. We ordered the Unlimited set number two which consists of pork, beef, and sides. That set is only 100 pesos higher than the first set that only has unlimited pork and sides. We did finish the beef set but we gave up but ate a little of the pork. Cooking them was the best part since it really builds up your appetite and you can show case your cooking skills! Suggestion for the customers: come in on an empty stomach. Final Say: Sangyupsalamat, Salamat indeed, we'll definitely be back soon but with a bigger group.

Went to the Jupiter branch for dinner tonight. Since it was our first time, I asked the server what he could recommend. He answered "lahat po pwede naman" so i requested for small servings to prevent wasting food. We weren't able to finish everything. Nowhere did i see mention of extra charge if you dont finish grilling all your meat, and we didnt refill anything. When i asked for the check the waiter said may penalty daw kami because may natirang meat. Sabi ko 1st serving yun lahat and saan nakalagay na may charge kasi wala akong nakita. He answered "kahit na, ni request nyo yan". Sa sobrang asar ko nagbayad na lang ng extra 100. You dont handle situations like that with an arrogance ha. Kahit sa sign nyo sa labas walang nakalagay na ganun. Dont dupe your cusyomers that way. Ok lang yung charge kung may nakalagay wala naman. Never coming back to this place.

First time to wait for 1.5 hours just to be seated. It was already almost 10 in the evening when we were seated inside. Thing is you cannot wait inside and the ventilation outside this restaurant is not so good at all. It is very hot.Moving on, when we were called as we are already next, we already moved outside the door. Of course, it was transparent so you can see what's going inside. Really disappointed at how the servers do their job at the time. They were really very slow considering there are a lot of customers waiting outside. It took almost 10-15 minutes for them to set-up the table. No joke. This does not include the heating of our stove. So we would need to wait for another 10-15 minutes before we can cook. They already lack energy, very absent-minded to the point you have to follow-up 4x for water and ice.We all ordered the unlimited pork bundle. All side dishes are unlimited as well. Such a disappointment that fish cakes aren't already available at the time. But overall, their food is really delicious and flavorful. Loved the soup and their rice.Just really hoping they can improve on their service tho.

Wow. Super worth your money. I would rate it 5 if the signage of the restaurant is clear enough to see at front of the building. First timers may find it hard to look for it. But the service is SUPER EXCELLENT. Waiters and waitresses are very much approachable. ❤️😬

Your site says it is open til 5am. Well, I went there around 2:30am and it's closed!! Need to find another place to go within the area.😤😤😤😤😤
