リピート率の高いお店です。Testing Menuは毎年変わり映えしないのですが、味も雰囲気もサービスも全体的に安定しているのでつい通ってしまいます。お客さんに安心して紹介できるお店です。この店のカジュアルバージョンがGreenbeltにあります。Sala Bistroという店です。本店に比べてこちらは大人向けでビジネスユースな感じ。メニューは、パスタやハンバーガーなど軽食が揃っています。味は普通に美味しいです。本店はフィリピン人ファミリーなどが団体で利用していたりするので、子供が歩き回っていたり騒々しいこともありますが、お料理はBistroより凝っていて盛り付けも丁寧です。実は、お値段的にBistroとたいして変わらないですし、コースは本店にしかないので、ちょっと不便な場所にありますがこちらをオススメします。

Wine pairing menu is a must. Food consistent through my many visits. Special mention to their service, it never felt too rushed to make you puke nor too slow to make you yawn.

It's my first time in Sala. I have read good reviews about them and so me and my friends tried eating there. Guess what? The reviews are true. We're really beyond satisfied with their service, plus with the delicious foods that they've served us. It's not a waste of time and money going to Sala.

Enjoyed a great Spanish wine along with seafood and lamb at a very boutique spot in Makati. Perfect for date night, and quiet enough for private conversation. The staff was very helpful and the dishes were enjoyable and plated nicely. I will return soon!

I've been here a few times now, really enjoy their food and service. Although it's very good cuisine and very exclusive, I found that they don't really renew their menu over time, and it can be quite expensive.

The place is perfect for small group meetings. We all had the tasting menu. The servings are just right that a person will be able to enjoy each dish without getting himself stuffed. The octopus was cooked perfectly. They also allowed us to change the set where we changed the duck dish to a wagyu steak. Music is not too loud which make is easy to have our conversations. I will definitely be back here next time with a date :)

Delicious food with attentive service! Fine dining for Manila with a great range of scotch. Technically the cuisine is European but if your an Aussie like me it feels like modern Australian. To start we were offered from a range of fresh home baked bread assortment including Rosemary bread which was delicious. Then for entree we had the celeriac, potato, scallop, caviar and truffle soup which was delicious definitely try it. All of our mains pictured below were seafood and every one of them was very good. Personally, my salmon was cooked to perfection with a crispy skin and pink centre then the watercress and orange gave it that light, fresh yet zingy taste. Overall, we throughly enjoyed our night. Yes whilst it is a on the higher end for price of Manila restaurants the quality of food meets the price and you won't be disappointed.

Sala is one of my favorite restaurants to go to in Manila. I love ordering the tasting menu with the wine pairing. The tasting menu changes every so often which keeps it interesting. The ambiance is romantic and intimate and the food is excellent!

Good for dates and love the white wine
