リピート率の高いお店です。Testing Menuは毎年変わり映えしないのですが、味も雰囲気もサービスも全体的に安定しているのでつい通ってしまいます。お客さんに安心して紹介できるお店です。この店のカジュアルバージョンがGreenbeltにあります。Sala Bistroという店です。本店に比べてこちらは大人向けでビジネスユースな感じ。メニューは、パスタやハンバーガーなど軽食が揃っています。味は普通に美味しいです。本店はフィリピン人ファミリーなどが団体で利用していたりするので、子供が歩き回っていたり騒々しいこともありますが、お料理はBistroより凝っていて盛り付けも丁寧です。実は、お値段的にBistroとたいして変わらないですし、コースは本店にしかないので、ちょっと不便な場所にありますがこちらをオススメします。

Wine pairing menu is a must. Food consistent through my many visits. Special mention to their service, it never felt too rushed to make you puke nor too slow to make you yawn.

It's my first time in Sala. I have read good reviews about them and so me and my friends tried eating there. Guess what? The reviews are true. We're really beyond satisfied with their service, plus with the delicious foods that they've served us. It's not a waste of time and money going to Sala.

Enjoyed a great Spanish wine along with seafood and lamb at a very boutique spot in Makati. Perfect for date night, and quiet enough for private conversation. The staff was very helpful and the dishes were enjoyable and plated nicely. I will return soon!

I've been here a few times now, really enjoy their food and service. Although it's very good cuisine and very exclusive, I found that they don't really renew their menu over time, and it can be quite expensive.
