The best yakiniku in Makati 🥩 The Yakiniku lunch Set is affordable and delicious and also comes with sides and a dessert. Truly a hidden gem in the heart of the Metro

Like Jipan, they do not have a large place to accommodate a large number of customers. The staffs are super friendly and attentive tho. They made us feel comfortable during our stay. For me, their food is okay but not so much better, comparing with others which offer the same menu. Let's just say that they can still improve the taste and texture of the food.

I wanted to love the restaurant but sorry i wanted to be honest. The ramen is too bland. Cant see the meat at all. Ordered fried rice, for price of 145 i expected a bigger portion. Turned out it is just a cup of rice. Mango juice cost 115, expecting a real thing but they served us a juice made of powdered mango juice. I mean i dont mind paying a lot about the food but i hope it is worth it in terms of taste, quality, quantity, service or facilities.

It was peak holiday season, fortunately I got a table for one. I had the Sushi-Sashimi combo, and requested for salmon sashimis only. There were so kind to oblige. It cam with miso soup and complimentary house tea.

Had a quick lunch here with friends and ordered some Japanese food staples. The salmon sashimi and miso soup came first. They were okay. Sashimi was fresh but nothing too special. The tempura and gyoza followed which were both okay, too. Tempura were not too big but at least you could really taste the shrimp with each bite unlike other tempura wherein it's all flour. The gyudon and the katsu curry were the ones that were disappointing. The beef of the gyudon tasted nothing like gyudon beef - it was bland and crumbly. The katsu curry tasted more like afritada than Japanese curry and the pork strips looked dehydrated.Speed of service was okay, too. They just really need to improve on their main dishes.
