The place is usually crowded on Friday nights. Like any bar, the music is pretty loud, so there'll be a lot of shouting. They really do have good caramel beer. I also tried Lychee, but I'd definitely went back to Caramel after. If you're lucky, on Friday nights the music gets crazy and you might find them dance-worthy, you can dance a bit upstairs when you have others dancing along as well. I know I did.I was able to try their Chicken pesto pizza as well. It was crunchy like how I'd want my thin crust pizza.

our go-to for flavored beer (cucumber beer baby) and wings, and good music! bout their cocktails, not so much and a bit pricey. so we stick to barrels! servers are really nice. we love this place so, we come here every week. :)

Good collection of flavoured beer. Bit noisy but that is acceptable because the type of customers they caters must be loving the loud music. Food is average.. 😊

My friends and I went here for the first time last May 3 and dang, their servers and even the manager was hella nice. We did get a few of their flavored beers and bar chow. Fast forward to May 6, we returned and had the thin crust pizza and much more alcohol than I can remember. This place never disappoints. 🖤

We had dinner and drinks here last 30th of May and it was good but there are still areas for improvement...I love the fact that they did their best to find the best spot for us because we are a total of 8 guests..Love the appetizer - the dip for the onion rings is just on point! Truffle fries? - cooked to perfection...Let’s go to the main course - ribs tasted good, but my colleagues said that there were some parts which are a bit dry.Crispy pata is really good! #HelloBloodPressureJuicy, crunchy on the outside and sticks on your teeth yumminess - just what we are looking for!The pizza - love the crust... it is very tasty and was cooked perfectly... Was it worth it? - Yep I can say that! Hoping they can make the place bigger though so it won’t look very crowded...

Went here regularly as it was quite close to my previous workplace. The vibe in this place is really nice. They have a DJ and they play some pretty cool music. The food is also really good especially the chicharong bulaklak, yum!! Usually not a fan of chicharong bulaklak but their version of it is an exemption. They serve different flavored beers and they are worth a try.

Oh this place serves the best cold caramel flavoured draft beer. This will really quench your thirst. I would recommend this for those who are eager to hangout on a saturday night and chill on a place without stress. Their waiters are also alert and nice.

I first thought that Rue Bourbon is just a fancy bar with a fancy name selling fancy drinks with english-speaking fancy servers — but as it turns out, there is actually more than its cutesy cocktail names and french pub ambiance.I never thought I’d say Food. But then again, let’s begin with the beer. Just so we can serve the place’s primary purpose.Rue Bourbon serves a different kind of beer: Caramel Beer. Don’t get surprised when a tall glass of golden beer that is supposed to get you drunk tastes more like dessert. Rue Bourbon’s Caramel Beer reminded me so much of Harry Potter’s fictional “Butterbeer” which I never tasted. Don’t expect, though, that your standards will be met at first sip — let it bubble up. Soon, there’ll just be you, the glass, and the seemingly fictional idea that you are actually getting drunk. Now, fast-forward to The FOOD (Finally we got here)Deep Fried Pig’s Ear with Cajun Spice - I am not so sure if this delicacy is served outside Asia. In some countries, they throw the “dirty” part of pork away, others place it in “pet food” section. However, being Pinoys that we are, we had a plate of this. The crispy small slices of Pig’s Ear were smothered with a little amount of breading and tasted like it was seasoned with curry powder and pepper. It slightly lacked salt but since it’s just for chewing purpose (and considering the quite little serving as it is under “Tidbits” classification), we managed to empty the plate. Not worth ordering again, though.Shrimp Newburg Pasta - In all honesty, we were starving, okay. So the huge serving of pasta of Rue Bourbon’s specialty did it (along with other plates, of course). Shrimp Newburg Pasta is all about Linguine Noodles poured with creamy sauce, veggies, shrimp, and Cajun spices. The Pasta received the judgment it deserved — clean plate, and still wanting more.Meat Overload Pizza - Along with the judgment of the pasta was the intense, mouth-watering journey with the pizza that could possibly be one of the best I’ve ever had. I loved the crisp of the crust, the sweetness and sourness of the pizza sauce, the lovely taste of melted cheese, and the tasty combination of the toppings: pepperoni, bacon, ground beef, sausage, ham, and mushroom. Each crunchy bite of it made me want more. Sad thing that it didn’t stay crispy for round two, though. Yet, I confess to intending to come back for it.Bourbon Barbecue Ribs - In the names of all the gods, Rue Bourbon had me falling uncontrollably with this entree. The fairly cut slab of Hickory barbecue glazed pork ribs was too good for a fancy bar. The tender meat was oozing with flavor and seemed to never run out of it. Perfect with dirty mashed potato. Thumbs up!Sisig Nachos - I regret I do not have a photo of this legendary appetizer—a mountain of nacho chips with crunchy sisig (so delicious in itself) WORTH ORDERING ON EVERY VISIT. Lesson learned from Rue Bourbon: the next time I go to a fancy bar, I’ll make sure to try more of their entree. You’ll never really know.

Great place to de-stress with good selection of food and drinks. Enjoyed the liquors specially the flavored beer which I always get when I'm around.
