One of the best ramen place i've been. Im a regular here and its just really good, from the really rich flavor of the broth/soup and their noodles, which i like best relative to other places.Must eat ramens are: Tantanmen (spicy), Miso Butter Corn & Shoyu Kuomi.Note that before you order any Miso ramen or Tantanmen, ask the waitress if the Miso stock they serve for the night is original (imported) one. If not, the alternative tastes quite different and you might as well just get some Shoyu based ramen.

As someone who eats an unhealthy amount of ramen every month, not gonna lie, I think they all taste the same regardless of how long it took you to line up for it. Ramen Ron’s definitely different though. I had the Miso Chashu and its broth didn’t feel as fatty and ~milky~rich like Mendokoro/Ippudo/Ramen Nagi et al. but not in a bad way. It had a pleasant bitter undertone that may or may not have something to do with their use of silky fowl (no idea what that is but it brings a mental image of a chicken in fancy robes). My friend had the Cheese Tantanmen (5/5), and we shared the Yaki Gyoza (3/5), and a cup of plain rice to eat with the ramen because I saw a lot of Japanese people do it in Japan and I’m sure they know what they’re doing. TY to Erwann Heussaff’s “Best Ramen in Metro Manila” for leading us here. Gotta pay tribute to the OG ramen place in Manila.

One of my go-to ramen places. It is worth its price, taste and quality. Although, Mendokorro and Ramen Yushoken is still the best ramen and the most authentic one for me.

Used to love Ukkokei. But the soup of the ramen was served boiling hot that it overcooked my noodles even when I asked for it to be half cooked. Chashu was like rubber and the broth was definitely off. They didn’t even serve japanese mayo with the karaage we ordered and charged us extra for it when it’s standard for karaage to be served with japanese mayo. The overall experience was very frustrating.

Haven't eaten here for many years but when I came back few days ago, it was still as good as I remembered. They serve the best tantanmen ramen in town! The broth has a good balance of spiciness and nutty sweetness. I also got to try the abura noodles but unfortunately, I'm not impressed with it. It tasted like premium instant noodles with lots of toppings. I also think it was a bit pricey for what it is.

I love their Cheese Tantanmen and Curry Tantanmen! I even tried adding cheese on my curry ramen and it was also good! Both broth were satisfyingly tasty.Their gyoza was also okay. I just hope that they have their own restroom since the restaurant is quite spacious enough.

Always the best Ramen place for our noodle loving family. Quality is always consistent. The ORIGINAL UKKOKEI RAMEN RON here in Pasay Road is still the best.

The best Shoyu ramen I have had so far. The soya based broth with Silky Fowl is cooked to perfection and all the flavours gives it an awesome taste. I had the Ukokkei shoyu koumi and fully impressed with the taste. The tender port, medium soft noodles and soft boiled eggs gives the dish a 5 *.

Best ramen place in Manila, straightforward and consistent. Silky fowl broth makes for a lighter alternative to the usual pork broths. Frequented by Japanese patrons too, so you know it's legit good.
