For the price, 3900 for us ribeye. It is not worth it. It doesnt taste like decent us beef, not even select. Its tasteless. Missing the distinct beefy flavor. Is this sous vide? The frozen us ribeye from santis was even better. We enjoyed the cocktails and mushroom paella (tastes good but lacking the burnt crust and the rice doesnt seem like arborio. The rest were sub par. I had high hopes for this place. The waiters were also not trained abour how the website 2 x 2 on drinks works. 11k on our tab, we should’ve gone to spiral.

Their menu is confusing. They gave us three menus to be exact and even their staff was confused about it. their sangria tastes off and paella negra was too salty! Take note, we waited so long for the paella, they should've advised an estimated time though. The worst part, we were asked to leave after getting our bill since there's another reservation after us. I don't understand why since there are still empty seats!

It's a very delicious Spanish restaurant. The style is more easy and casual, but it fits the Spanish lifestyle. The tapas were big, so if you are not too hungry that's already enough to eat. Service was good too. Not the best we ever experienced, but nothing bad to say about it.

Not sure why should they tell us that there is a next customer that is reserve on our table. If there is a next customer then they should place that to other available table where there are still available tables! This restaurant does not even desereve even 1 star.

A bit pricy for the serving size. The staffs are approachable and accommodating. I had two Paella Negra, Gambas, and Cochinilla. Glad that the food meets my expectations.

Rambla has been in Rockwell strip for a while now, but it was my first time to visit last night. Me not drinking alcohol, is likely the reason why I veered away from this establishment for many years. While Mia was with her cousins having a chill evening, I was downing Rambla’s desserts. In particular, I enjoyed the most their Brownie ala Mode, a rich bowl of chunky brownie, bananas and Bailey’s ice cream. The Spanish Torrija and Tiramisu were great sweet treats as well.I’ll be back Rambla, and when I do, I’ll be exploring your savory dishes. I am eyeing the Paellas and Tapas!

A delightful feast. Commendably awesome food with rockstar cocktails! Food:- From their amuse-bouche of a magic ball of olive, you already are in for a total surprise- From the pulpo, to the ajillos, and the croquettas - all through and through, the food was fantastic. Special shoutout to the dessert, manchego cheese souffle with rosemary ice cream (what an odd but yummy flavor that compliments the manchego cheese)- And yes, the cocktails were divine!Ambience:- This one is a bit of a killer in my opinion. It lacked the right atmosphere for what it can deliver in taste and service. Probably being in a sort of mall location and being next to a driveway didn’t help. But I am willing to let go of that. The food compensated for everything it lackedService:- Well trained staff. No doubt. - Staff were a bit over-selling the drinks - but this is what a global restaurant would normally do. So I like that sort of passive-aggressiveness in pushing drink sales - in a very professional way!I will definitely come back. This was a surprisingly good place given its location. But really compliments to chef, the bar guys, and the staff. All the best!

In my opinion, this place is geared for drinking rather than dining. Celebrated an anniversary dinner and was disappointed with the mushroom paella. The 900 pesos cochinillo @ 900 pesos was delightful But the serving was quite small. The restaurant was tight and noisy, given it was the middle of the week rainy night. Heard good things about it but doubt I’ll ever go back.

Seeing all the positive reviews, i think ours is an isolated incident. We had our anniv dinner here thinking that the food's worth the price but ended going home disappointed. The paella negra was too salty, iberian pork was bland and barely had meat. Take note that the pork was P900. Felt like i wasted money on that. Never going back. Wish we spent our money elsewhere. Servers were nice and baby squids on the paella were fresh, hence the consolation 2 stars.
