A tad overpriced but I liked the whole 'simple but effective'/straightforward approach they incorporate into their menu. I ordered the BBQ chicken salad and was thoroughly satisfied.

Board games in a restaurant/cafe is really a smart idea. It has become a trend and a popular bonding activity nowadays. In an era where people are glued to their gadgets, these old-school games bring back conversations and interactions in the table. And so I went here at Plaza Cafe to play board games with my UST-Finance college friends. We were a bit disappointed because we thought there were variety of games to choose from, but the expectation just didn't cut. The board games available were just limited and some of the pieces were missing if not tattered. For the food, the menu matches the "munch-while-playing" theme. Mostly were pasta and sandwiches that can be partnered with smoothies or coffee. Delicious? Not really. It's bland actually. It was supposed to be a fun and exciting night since we got to play board games together but we ended up chit-chatting instead which was still a cool thing.

I totally forgot to take a photo of the food as we were too famished to even talk to one another. First of all, the servings were quite big so I think the prices were just okay. A full sandwich could be shared by two people who has a normal appetite.Tuna & Brie - I loved the sauce in this one, it compliments the turkey and makes it more tasty altogether.Chicken Club - my favorite and one of the must-try's!Steak Sandwich (I'm not sure about the name as it's not in the menu posted here) - it was really expensive but my friends didn't like it as it was sweet.Carbonara - just a normal carbonara. The staff were just okay. I just didn't like that one girl by the counter, she was being sarcastic, maybe it's just me or she had a bad day. Oh, and you have to line up to get your orders.

First time I tried this restaurant, I kept going back for 5 staight days. Yeah, that's how good it was. Kept ordering the same thing: turkey and brie sandwich served with house salad. It's so good!!! The house salad is simple and yet so delicious; the vinaigrette is to die for!!! Highly recommended. I also love the cool and unassuming vibe of this place. Can't wait to try their desserts!!! Heard it's also good.

The Plaza Cafe is said to be a place for board gamers, however, I didn't notice any board game that people can borrow and play with. They don't display it. Only books are in the shelves. This cafe is spacious and can accommodate huge groups. I believe board gamers come here at night, just the way I noticed during my recent visit. It was peaceful and quiet in the afternoon but started to get chaotic in the evening.I had half order of Thai salad (salads can be ordered half or whole). This salad had lettuce, cucumber, cilantro, tomatoes, oranges, green onions and grilled chicken (that didn't taste grilled but rather boiled). Honestly, I didn't enjoy it much. The taste was just average. Maybe I should try their panini or sandwich next time. For drinks, I had coffee latte that tasted average as well. The chocolate cookie tasted awesome though. I asked the waiter which dessert is a best-seller and he did not disappoint me. It was soft and chewy with the right sweetness. Don't miss it.The bathroom is inside the Corinthian Plaza. From the cafe, there's an alley there going inside the building and you just go straight to enter the ancient bathroom.

Plaza Cafe is not known to many because it is in a secluded place. It is located near Asian Institute Management and across Greenbelt 1. It is near a Rolex office which is not even a coffee shop -- that makes Plaza Cafe secluded.Anyway, the food, especially their brownies is so good. Plus it justifies its price. Their coffee is good though they do not have a wide variety of choices. If you are a health buff, Plaza Cafe is the right place for you.The ambiance makes it a good coffice (coffee plus office) but you need to bring an extension cord because their plugs aren't placed in a strategic place. They play great music as well. The staff are good especially the manager. He is humble and sometimes he also functions as the person at the cashier.

This place is solid. It probably is not going to win any awards, but also isn't going to let you down. The sandwiches are reasonably priced and are a good sized portion. This will be a go-to lunch spot for us in the future.

If you like deli style sandwiches, pasta, and salads. This might be your kind of place. But the portions aren't that impressive, the staff isn't friendly, and the offerings aren't that imaginative. So why bother? Well, the taste of the food is competent, the service, while not personable, is prompt. And it's quiet. And it's centrally located near Greenbelt 1, so it's the perfect place to go for quick bites in between meetings. Turkey or pastrami on rye... What's not to like?

Quite a good cafe near greenbelt. The Ceaser Salad was very good. Crispy croutons and fresh greens with an excellent dressing.Tuna panini was ok as was the mushroom soup.Americano was good.Interiors are comfortable. You've to order at the counter and the food is served at your table.

Can I just say that I love the salad and sandwiches here. Situated across AIM and the Corinthian parking, this restaurant is where a lot of people hold meetings. Their sandwiches and salads are so tasty and satisfying. You can even opt to have a half salad half sandwich. Don't even get me started with their chips. What's cute is they even have a tipping box in the form of this vs that. Quite creative actually. My favorite sandwich is their turkey and Brie.
