Last Nov 30, we dined at pizza hut in Glorietta around 12. Needless to say, it was a very horrible experience (again!). I tried filling a formal customer complaint, but I have found no appropriate means to do so. Their site feedback only allows up to 255 characters which is too short for a complaint. However, I tried filing one there requesting an email address where I can send the full complaint, but more than a week later, still no reply. I also tried contacting them via their facebook page but no reply also. So here I am, writing a review instead to warn others of their bad service.First, it took too long before they could take our order. We tried so many times calling the attention of every staff who passed by, but they didn't seem to be looking around. It was not until I waved my hand directly in front of the face of one (literally), were we able to have our orders taken.Second, when the couch was vacated, we requested to be transferred. The attendant refused because she said somebody will transfer there, but upon her checking with them, the customer said that they wouldn't transfer anymore. However, after learning that nobody will transfer there anymore, she didn't get back at us.Third, the served mushroom soup had a major spill in the side (see attached picture), as if it was the one used to scoop from the container. They didn't even bother wiping it before serving. It got on our hands when we held the cup because we didn't see it.Fourth, they served the meals as if we were drunkards. They put everything in the table very ungraciously. They don't even bother ensuring that the pizza was properly placed. It was sitting on top of the saucer from the soup.Fifth, the pasta took too long to be served, it was until we were halfway with the pizza (which by the way took really long too!) before they served the pasta.Sixth, we ordered macaroni for the pasta but spaghetti was served. We thought, hey we are so starving already, let's just accept the spaghetti. But upon trying to mix the spaghetti, we learned that the bowl was filled with so much water, about halfway the container (you can also refer to the pictures). I don't think that's how a spaghetti should be! Not to mention that the sauce was too dry as you can see.Seventh, when we asked for the rest of the orders to be cancelled, because we are so fed up with waiting (more than an hour!), and asked for the bill, it should've been a big red flag for them. But they sure took their time, even with an already angry customer. That's why I decided to ask the manager if they have a complaint form and he said yes...Eight, another employee got back at us and told us that they don't have a complaint form. And she was looking at me like I'm the one who should so something about it. So I asked her sarcastically if there aren't any other options. Then she called the manager again. The manager approached us and asked what seems to be the problem.Ninth, in the middle of our conversation with the manager, he decided to walk out on us without even excusing himself because another customer requested for a take out (or bill?). Ain't that very rude?Tenth, he promised that he would just get in touch with me through text and he even asked for my number and name. But until now which is more than a week later, I haven't heard from him, which is very professional.I could remember them being featured in a newspaper for having quite the skill for perfectly slicing pizza into equal pieces. Guess this branch isn't one of those skilled cutters, as the slices are clearly unequal. One of the slices is almost twice as big as the other...Lastly, this is one of the very few branches who doesn't allow half-cheese half-sausage for the pizza crust, well at least according to the one who served us. Btw, this is the branch in Glorietta 2 I think, the one below the computer stores...

The pizza hut branch here is very disappointing--food and cleanliness aspect. The glasses they served us was very dirty and it looked like it was already used. There was still traces of the last drink poured into it. Their plates were very oily even is they have just served it to us while waiting for the food. The food could have been okay. But upon tasting their spaghetti and soup, I got so sad and disgusted, their spaghetti tasted a week old and the soup looked like it had been simmering since the store opened (we ate there around 8pm already.) I really hope they improve on their service and how they clean their utensils and plates because it really affects the appetite of the customer. :(

I like this Glorietta 2 Branch Pizza Hut rather than SM Santa Rosa Branch.Food - 🌟🌟🌟🌟Quality is really good. The Crab Salad Roll was served really fresh 🖒Pizza crust and toppings were just right.Spaghetti was very delicious and tasty.Drinks were served immediately.Ambiance - 🌟🌟🌟🌟Small but OK.Service - 🌟🌟🌟Attentive but you need to tell them one by one what you need...tissue...knife....isn't it automatic?
