This is an exceptionally good bake shop. They use quality ingredients, and their products never disappoint. Their ensaimadas, yema cakes and sans rival are to-die -for. Another family favorite is their chicken pie. It's flavorful, filling and satisfies every craving. Highly recommended!

One of the best places in Makati to sample classic Filipino, European, and American desserts. I highly recommend their fruit-based tarts and cakes filled with either mango or strawberries. No one in town makes a more luscious mango or strawberry cake.  Same goes for the sans rival--finally, a dacquoise style dessert that truly befits its French name, without rival. As far as pastries go, you can't go wrong with the cinnamon rolls and the ensaimada. I don't think I've had a better cinnamon roll in the Philippines since Cinnzeo closed shop in the early 2000s. And the ensaimada? Brioche-like, feathery dough on the inside, and caked with the right amount of cheese and sugar on the outside.

My favorite pastry ever since is ube ensaymada but when I tasted Pink Mixer Bake Shop's ube ensaymada, Wow! It's so heavenly, very good that even my friend from San Francisco who never eat ensaymada in her life super loved it. After one week she and her friends went to the shop to order . I love also Pink Mixer food for the gods, it is to die for,and all her pastries soooo masarap.

Chocolate cake was my all time favorite since I was a child....then I tried their ube cake and sans rival!! Really popular when I bring them to my parties. Last Christmas I've discovered their ube ensaymada 👍🏻

I have been a patron of Pink Mixer since it's first store opened in Binondo several years back. That store was moved to Makati which is a blessing since it is now close to my home. I enjoy Pink Mixer's signature Yema cake which i often buy as a birthday cake for my children.  The cinnamon rolls are also a family favorite, along with the chicken pie and ube cake.  It goes without saying that I highly recommend these and other goodies of  Pink Mixer Bakery.
