If you guys want something fresh and delicious get a Banh Mi sandwich! Everything about this sandwich was perfect! The grill pork and cilantro made this sandwich very refreshing to eat. The bread was toasted perfectly. I can't wait to go back and try the ox tail Banh mi

As i live nearby i used to go to Century City mall restaurants and Phobobo is the only one i tried in Hole in The Wall complex. Like their Lemongrass Chicken BBQ. It's kinda perfect every time.

I was craving for Pho noodles so a friend and I decided to eat here. I honestly don't believe their 12 hour boiled broth claim. It wasn't flavorful and beef was really dry. On top of that, the soup served wasn't hot enough to cook the beansprout and herbs served with it. For p370, I definitely feel cheated. Definitely not coming back

doesn't taste right , had better Pho at other Pho restaurants in the metro. I just think the establishments in Hole in the Wall are just trying too hard , why not just serve dishes the way they should be , don't fix it if its not broken. I would rather eat really good food in a run down place rather than eat food that doesn't taste good in a very nice place , to much hype they forgot that the fundamentals such as good food :)

Phó-king expensive for a Phó. Now I know the taste of Vietnamese without MSG. I am giving this another chance with their rice and spring roll meals. I'll still go for Phó Hoa for my noodle soup.

Vietnamese dishes! Upon turning right from Scout's Honor, one can find Pho Bo Bo. I had this delicious Pho Bo - the noodles were done exactly how i expected vietnamese noodles to be like and it was tongue-curlingly good. The soup was ok and the meat tender. The bowl is a bit larger than a regular sized bowl so Pho Bo is best eaten shared (insert smiley face, wink wink).

And that Pho Bo was lip-smacking good! You could really taste the beef in the noodle soup. In terms of consistency, the base is a little thick. It did say that it’s a “12-hour aromatic beef noodle soup intensified with a beef reduction”. The whole soup was proof of that. The colors on their Lemongrass Chicken Barbecue w/Steamed Rice was just lovely. I loved how they plated it with the banana leaf and wooden plate as its background. Paired with crispy spring rolls and veggies, the main highlight still was the chicken. On its own, it was very flavorful. It was grilled well retaining that moisture inside the meat. I never got to try the spicy sauce (sweet chili I think) because I instantly dived into the peanut one. It was good with or without the sauce.Their Purple Rice Mango wasn’t on their menu yet. It was just offered by the server. And I wish they would make this a permanent one. It was a good dessert to end one’s meal. The purple rice balls wasn’t that sweet, and had this seemingly glutinous consistency. Inside, there were some gelatin bits that I would assume are mango-flavored. It came with this cream sauce that added flavor to the dessert. Sadly, the mango that came with it was a bit sour. Nonetheless, this was one satisfying dessert.

I had the lemongrass chicken with all the leafy side dishes. The chicken is okay, just the right flame with a bit of lemongrass-y flavor. The pickled carrot and radish strips are the most memorable food in my plate. It's was done appropriately, no overpowering vinegar flavor and you can still taste the vegetable. I placed the cilantro and mint leaves in my vinegar dip to add a bit of a flavor. Hmm I would say, if you would like a remarkable food in the Hole in the Wall, try to find somethig else first. ;) The prices in the menu are exclusive of service charge, ~5%, you might wonder when you get billed. Bon apetit! 😃

Good: uhm.. the wall art?Not so good : the unreasonably priced flagship product that just comes up flat: Pho Bo (Beef noodle).Maybe I got sold on the really fancy way it was described on the menu: "12 hour aromatic beef noodle soup intensified with a beef reduction". When I got it...all I can say was Pho No No (yes, I went there lol). Too bad. Maybe management can find a better source of ingredients or make the broth truly live up to its description. As it stands, HITW might need to lease out this space to a better concept restaurant.

My family is a big fan of fresh spring rolls. I was a bit disappointed because It could been something more than I buy in a the food kiosk in our nearby grocery. But kudos for a thicker wrap.
