I always want to buy hot chocolate here 'cause it really tastes great for me. Just sad because they cant accommodate customers well since they're just like kiosk with few seats. The staffs are also not that accommodating and slow workers "chill lang" type of employees. I'd rather visit the one in uptown though.

Love their mille crepes, but service really suck. Just visited today and they changed their ordering process. Before you need to line up, order, pay and your food will be served. Now, you're suppose to get a table then you order your food sitting down. And I won't be complaining since it's better than lining up. Problem is, they only have a few staff, 3 who wait on tables and prepare your order as well. One is in charge of the cash register. On a weekend, it's chaotic, since they also have take outs lining up to the cashier. It's understaff!

An old friend told us to eat there so we tried it. And no, it was not delectable and the price was too expensive. Tried the original and choco. Not going to eat here again.

My Tita N and I didn't actually eat at Paper Moon. We just finished light dinner at Pepi Cubano when our very efficient manager/super suggested coffee from their neighbor, Paper Moon. We said yes to the suggestion immediately. Tita N had her usual Americano and I, the iced chocolate which were delivered on our table. We love the mille crepe, that much has been established and so is their coffee/hot tea. So, I tried the iced chocolate with expectations, very high. However, it was disappointment that hit the sky. The iced chocolate was on the thin line separating bleh and bad. It tasted so ordinary that you would think that the barista who prepared this went to Puregold and grabbed the first chocolate powder in cheap plastic. And how much did we pay for that glassful of chocolate nightmare? A lot.At least, when we go back to Paper Moon we know what not to order and just stick on hot tea/black coffee.

After having lunch at Pepi Cubano, we just had to try Paper Moons Rainbow Crepe Cake. Located at the Ground Floor of Glorietta 3, Paper Moon is right between Pepi Cubano and Yogorino. You can event cross order between the 3 establishments. The Rainbow cake had 16 layers of thinly coloured crepes with a cream filling. It was soft and velvet in texture. Light and very easy to eat. Pair it with the Americana or cappuccino coffee to complete this dessert experience.

I saw their café in the hallway of Glorietta. I tried their Milk Tea (Cheese) for P130.00. It tasted like a milk tea with salty cream. The black pearls were small and chewy. For the price point, the P130.00 milk tea is quite small.

My favorite dessert at this place is the Chocolate Mille Crepe. It's very light and airy yet filling. I think two people can share it. I recently tried the Mango Mille Crepe and it's delicious too. I like the ambiance of this branch. Despite being in the middle pathway of the mall, it didn't get crowded in this area during the times I dined here.@maniladiningdiary
