We went here last night.. For me their pizza is great it taste good the one we ordered was simply cheese.. But i was so disappointed with their chicken wings it was lacking sauce the flavor we chose was buffalo style and it just looked like the sauce was just sprinkled on the chicken wings.. The tripple chocolate was also good.

We liked the pizza and the wedges, but not the pasta. It was okay, but it could be better.Ever since my college years, this location didnt change even a bit. It looks okay and clean, but when you go to the comfort room, it’s not that nice. Not at all. You can see the messy kitchen, lots of unwashed dishes, and a dirty bathroom.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. So we purchased a Metrodeal voucher and told them beforehand. The look of disappointment on the manager and the cashier is indescribable. It’s as if we’re getting their food for free. This did not end there. They obliged us to have the voucher printed. Afterwards, they held my boyfriend’s phone for a good 15-20 mins to, as they said, have it printed. When the staff returned, you know what? It wasnt printed. She just merely copied the voucher code. Food was 3/530 mins waiting time for the food, when you ask for followups the manager will roll his eyes on you. 30 mins to wait for the bill. Do yourself a favor, bring your family to a different restaurant.

I've tried papa Johns before but when I order I think the pizza is so dry..but the taste is good nothing really personal.So I hope they can do something about it.

August 10, 2018So my team decided to order pizza for a team members birthday. We placed our order via phone at around 10+ am. While we were waiting, the lazy delivery guy told us he ain't going up to our office at the 27th floor. Probably because he was too damn lazy. So we didn't make a BIG DEAL out of it and decided we'll just pick it up down at the lobby. We just have to wait for his text message. And so the delivery guy arrived. We got our food and went back up to our office and lo and be hold. The delivery guy forgot one of our orders. We called him up and told him hey, you forgot to give us this food in one of our orders! Take note that our bill is close to 3k. This arrogant delivery guy told us hey, I ain't going back there. We said okay, we'll just talk to your manager. We called up the branch manager in Jupiter where we placed our oder. The manager was sorry and he will call his delivery guy to go back and give the missing item. At the same time we were talkin to the manager we also complained that the delivery guy didn't even go up to out office to deliver our food instead he picked it up down at the lobby. We didn't make a big deal out of it but what makes us upset was he didn't even go back when we told him to because he forgot to give us something that we paid for. Smh our heads really. We told the manager that this time the delivery guy should go up our office! And so we waited... after couple of minutes, a knock on the door. A lot of the guys in my team are fired up to meet this NICE, VERY WELL MANNERED delivey guy. But I said to the guys, keep it cool and let one of our lady team mate open'd the door. When our lady team mate opened the door the delivery guy handed the missingItem and guess what he said? "Yun lang po ba?!" (with a sarcastic tone). This shows how this doucher loves his job.

We ordered the Super Papa and got it delivered to our hotel. This is my kind of pizza, not greasy at all! And the toppings complimented each other. The delivery man was also nice and polite.

I have loved Papa Johns since I was 7 years old. Decades before “Papa” showed his true colors as one of the most dislikeable people on earth. I recently moved to Manila, but Whenever I came to Manila for work trips previously, I would order some pizza and eat it in my room, with extra garlic butter. So I was a little surprised a few weeks ago when I got a text message from Maricar on Papa Johns’ marketing team with a promo. The text came at 9:30 in the morning, which may have not sounded appealing to most, but pizza is my favorite breakfast. However I fought off the temptation. Fast forward to this week, I called Papas to order the SuperDuo (or something like that). For one of my pizzas, I wanted a cheese pizza, which wasn’t part of the deal. So I just asked for a meat pizza, without the meat. The call center pizza sales guy caught on to my “evil” scheme and wouldn’t let me do it. He wanted to charge me 160 pesos to take 3 ingredients off my pizza. I thought that was absurd because my vegetarian desires were saving them money. Honestly, I didn’t feel like Papa Johns was putting their client first. It was annoying. Then, I remembered Maricar! I called back,asked for her and it went great! I felt like I had my own pizza concierge. She was able to line me up with the promo that allowed all of my meatless dreams come true. Within 45 minutes I was eating delicious pizza with huge amounts of nutritious garlic butter.

It was my first time to try Papa John's and it's through delivery also! They ordered 1 Large Super Papa, 1 Large Garden Special, 1 Dozen Hickory BBQ Wings, and 2 Sets of Spicy Mushroom Pasta. For me, the pizzas were just ordinary. I like their wings though! Hoping to try other flavors of their pizzas & pastas soon!
