My dining experience here is just so so. A bit annoyed that we had to wait for a long time for our food to be served. Regarding the ambiance, it was okay for its space while the service is just okay as well. Nothing special.

Pancake house now a day have many promo. It has afternoon favorites with the choice of sphagetti with chicken, sphagetti with taco, sphagetti with chicken finger, and sphagetti with grilled cheese sandwich. It comes with affordable price from 2pm to 5 pm

Super slow service, even if you are only one out of the two tables filled in the restaurant. Food comes after 30 minutes -- chicken and waffles. So we always ask for the bill once the food comes.But to be fair I've never experienced a quick service from any Pancake House branch. So it's something the company has to review on all branches.

Quite too cramped than other Pancake House outlets, probably because they need to squeeze as much lunchbreak people as they can. Felt like the server-diner ratio is a bit insufficient, nevertheless the staff were friendly. Had fish rolls which are now significantly smaller and with less filling, more wrapper.

This was my first time to dine in this branch, and ended up really disappointed. It was lunch time and there were only 2 service crews. They couldn't accommodate everyone since it's lunch time. The service was super slow. I asked for a glass of water but had to ask again twice, and was finally given one after I finish my meal. I like pancake house but this branch is just horrible.

I underestimated Pancake House at first but when my boss ordered us House Special Set during our meeting, I was surprised that everything on it was just so tasty plus their meat sauce and gravy are comparably good than others.

I love their fried chicken big serving! It was so tasty! Honestly all their dishes are good. Though a little bit pricey! But I think for me it's worth it. The service is great! Nice ambiance, though sometimes the waiting time is a little bit longer

Other than this branch is conveniently located for those working in RCBC Plaza like me, I consider it the same as all Pancake House branches I’ve been. My all-time favorite is the Smoked Golden Tinapa which is a large serving of tinapang bangus and fried rice with mango salsa on the side. Peach Waffle and Warm Bacon Potato Salad are also two of my favorites here. Service and wait time between giving your order and getting served is okay but can still be improved.

When you can spend for it, Pancake House is a really good option as their food is tried and tested and you know that you will get good quality food when you dine here. Lots of people here during lunch rush hour so we often go here at around 10am or 2pm just to avoid the crowd. Love their pan fried chicken dish and i always get the 3 pieces. Their house gravy works so well with the dish too.

This is one of the newly opened restaurants here in RCBC building and has the same Pancake House vibes which is so relaxing. I totally like their Blueberry Pancakes which is good for sharing.
