This branch is smaller than their other branches plus the service is bad. We went here for lunch during a work day and we expected for our orders to be served within 15 to 20 minutes. Some of our orders were on time but the spicy chicken with brown rice pilaf really took its time. We also kept on asking for glasses of water and the server kept on forgetting to bring us those. Food is, as always, excellent. But the service? Let me think again.

I once again had the choco marble waffle (with peanut butter) when I went here and once again I loved it. I ordered an extra peanut butter for good measure. Maybe I am just nitpicking but I find the extra serving of peanut butter small. They should increase it. I also ordered their potato salad. It was nice but I think I will stick to their sweet stuff.

I don't even need to look at the menu because I know what to get - the house special set!

Hands down to their tacos and mashed potato.  These two are my favorites aside from their pancakes.I love the combination of crispy taco shells with the veggies and meat inside.  The way I eat it: crush the taco shells and mix everything.Another favorite of mine is their mashed potato with their generous portion of gravy.  So far, I've tried their spaghetti, pancakes (peanut butter is my favorite), salisbury steak, french toast, potato salad and their Pinoy breakfast choices.  I'll definitely keep coming back to try other choices in their menu.

Menu is packed with great simple dishes that I always can not decide what to order. But of course, I always make sure I get the tacos! It's packed with flavor and simple but crispy! Good price and portions! Of course pancakes are to die for, but I love the waffles more! The Salisbury steak with that gravy is heaven!

The first pancake house I still remember was the old one near the Rizal Theater in Makati. So before you start wondering how old I am, let's talk about this one in Rockwell.I am NOT a FAN of Pancake house for the past decade. I find it overpriced and the quality is mediocre. And yet if I do need to accompany a friend to eat there, I'd get ONE piece of taco which at P107 each! They should probably not say that it's the best taco in town 'coz definitely it's NOT!!!! Yet it's still good but overpriced. The Pan Chicken 2-piece (P186) was nicely cooked, crunchy but still overpriced and such a small portion size. Their Caesar Salad (P180) was ok, it had this "Ladies Choice" bottled taste to the dressing. OVERPRICED!!!I guess a lot of people still likes Pancake House. I'm just sure I'm not of them.

This is the quintessential pancake place in the Philippines. Their pancakes are yummy and more than enough. But what I like about them is that they added a lot of goodies to their menu. Add to that the nice atmosphere of being surrounded by movie posters and you have a nice place to take your family.

It's ok... just ok. I usually only get the spicy chicken on brown rice from pancake house. The rockwell version is pretty poor in quality. It's missing that robust seasoning and spiciness that I get from the greenfields branch. The atmosphere is prettt quiet and solemn and the staff are sleepy and tired. My fiancée bangus and fried rice looks pretty good but I'm on a biggest loser competition before our phuket trip. I'll just have to take her word for it.

I will probably never not choose Pancake House. It doesn't even matter which branch because Pancake House is surely one of my favorite go-to restaurants! Growing up spending Sunday lunch in this restaurant, I always loved eating here. They always have such great food combos, halo-halo, salads, etc. Even ordering one of their special house sets will already make you fall head-over-heels with this place instantly! Don't ever come in and leave without trying their friend chicken, their spaghetti with their SPECIAL Signature sauce, and also, I highly recommend their house tacos. My mom, sister and I can literally gulp these down so easily we can eat 2 in one sitting!

Pancake House perhaps one of my top list restaurants because of the quality of the food. For lunch, I suggest try the “Pork Vienna” because it’s delicious and the sauce really matches the pork. For dessert, try the “Caramel Banana Walnut Waffle” probably the best pancake flavors among them all. This is just my suggestions. Just want to help you guys! #justsaying
