I hate how slow the staff in this branch works. The staff runs around as if they are super busy and in a hurry but they are practically inefficient and non productive. It took them almost an hour to serve a table of 8. I love their shrimp mango salad though. But I really don't like their service.

This pancake house branch is very clean. Love their service here where the waiters are very attentive and responsive. As for the food, it's standard to every pancake house branch. You'll know what you'll get.

The cult favorite dish that made me frequent pancake house branches has sadly succumbed to the blanding effect of commercialism and expansion. Before you used to get 2 pcs of pan fried chicked that seered with marinated tangy and salty goodness to the very bone now its nothing but run of the mill fried chicken that you can get almost anywhere. It pains me to write this review but yes it has come to this for this branch and for some others I visited. I hope to still be proven wrong in my other visits.

Came in during lunch, I got in before the lunch crowd started pouring in. I ordered a Grilled Cheese Sandwich, I came in for a quick bite. That was the order, nothing more. The food was great. Everything on the plate complimented each other, buttery toast and gooey cheese, the creamy potato salad, and the pickles on the side. The pickles were a little sweet, which I enjoyed a lot. I regret not ordering the taco soup to cut the richness of the sandwich. The place had a very open feel to it. No nonsense design. The staff were nice, the lady (there was only one on the floor), noticed my table and the minimal food it contained, dropped by hinting if I should want a drink or anything to go. I wasn’t into it as I was in the middle of my meal.

Whenever I'm visiting pancake house, roastbeef special set is my frequent order. I really love the roast beef's gravy. I used to order their chicken but the taste of their chicken changed and it tastes like other fried chicken from other fast food restaurants.
