    The main draw cards for Nuvo are the live bands. The food is not bad but nothing to write home about ... and pricey. If you have guests to impress, they do have the Creamy Linguine where chef prepares it out of a block of Parmesan cheese at your table. But that's about all I'd recommend. The drinks are a bit on the pricey side. If you like your martinis try their house special, the Nuvo Martini. The best part of Nuvo is being able to sit outdoors listening to live music and good, friendly wait staff. If you don't have a fussy palate or pocket then this isn't a bad place for an evening out.

    Been here 3 times, and it's always a good experience. I have to say that if you're looking for a nice place with great food and great ambiance, NuVo is the place for you. It's both suitable for dinner date or business meeting. A perfect place to chill, listen to great music, eat delicious food, and oh, cocktails are good as well. The prices are a bit steep but its worth it.

    Nuvo is one of Greenbelt's classic restaurants that serve European dishes. It's popular for its live bands, which makes it a lively venue for dinner dates. We had the Calamares and the Carbonara, both of which were quite tasty and were prepared really well. Honestly, I can have more of that Carbonara all day, it was so rich and full of cheese! The only downside is that the place does seem quite a bit pricey, so it's not for everyone. Service was alright, as we had a table reserved but it was a bit difficult to get their attention.     In all honestly, this is the worst restaurant I've ever been to.I don't know if their Executive Chef's on vacation for Holy Week (because all the other reviews seem decent), but I cannot stress enough how disappointed we were with the food.Coming into the restaurant, we had expected a lot. The waiters were professional and seemed to know what they were doing (they served from the left, were friendly, and fast), the live band outdoors set a nice mood, and the complementary bread and butter were hot and fresh.But the food. Oh goodness the food.First off, their food ain't cheap. Not at all. With their prices, I think we're allowed to expect greatness, or at the very least something we can stomach.My mom ordered the sizzling gambas. Right off the bat, I was disappointed with it because it came in a hot plate, but it wasn't sizzling. It was warm and mediocre at best. Surprisingly, that was already the best among all the dishes we would order this night.My sister had their peppered organic chicken, and all we could taste in the sauce was pepper. It overpowered the entire dish, and my sister couldn't finish it.My dad had the aglio olio, and it was such a sorry excuse for pasta. It clumped together (suggesting it wasn't fresh) and it just tasted like pasta bathed in olive oil without even a tiny pinch of salt or pepper or garlic.I had the tuna loin, and it was so depressing. It was cold and GRAY and the "sesame crust" honestlly looked disgusting. I've had a lot of pan-seared, sesame-crusted tunas in my life, and I am being 100% sincere that that was by far the worst I have ever had.But the absolute worst dish of the night was the escargot soup. I love escargot-- in all shapes and forms, and I've enjoyed escargot in "legit" French restaurants in New York. But this dish LITERALLY made me throw up after eating. It tasted decent (definitely not great, but not horrible) but it was SO OILY. Every sip made me feel like my mouth was coated in grease, and it didn't go away. I wish I had filmed my mom's reaction with her first sip of this soup, she looked so disgusted (which echoes how I felt about this dish).Even their frozen margarita tasted like water with a splash of alcohol.The worst part? We had to pay more than 4,000 for that horrible experience.Never coming back here again. :(

    Had I made this review 10 years ago I wouldve rated Nuvo higher but the emergence of fine dining and casual dining favorites across the metro has shunned the radiance of this dining establishment. I am still though a big fan of their tiger prawns which for me still is the best shrimp thermidore in town. They have a good selection of Wine also.

    I prefer coming here for a drink or two while listening to their live band. It's the best after dinner activity whenever we're in Greenbelt.

    Excellent service, great food and a very, very nice place. Good music and absolutely European standard which I don't find that often in the Phils. For sure will get back and can only recommend to anyone who's looking for one of the best spots in Metro Manila. Prices are ok for what you get.

    I only had drinks with friends at this place but I can't forget the ambience! Conducive to a fun night out with your girlfriends! Pretty waitresses too! lol!

    This is my first time to eat dinner here,believe it or not.I always came here years ago to hangnout and chill with drinks while listening to their guest dj for the night.It was an option instead of going to the club that time like Temple & Embassy.bI was invited by our good friend to have dinner here and try out Chef Xavier's food. We were welcomed by a bowl of truffle potato chips which was a nice greeting on our table. The garlic soup was soo good and comforting.The garlic was roasted well so it doesn't have that strong character if the garlic.Instead,one is left with the sweetness if it.Served with a puff pastry stick,it ws a great contrast of texture.We also ordered foie gras lumpia with a caramel type of sauce and it was a hefty portion as well.Lots of texture.I wasn't sure if the hefty portion was the normal portion or because our friend ws chummies with the chef and the owners. We also had beef carpaccio which was also very nice.Beef was served cold & the meat was of good quality.We then shared foie gras pasta which mixed mushrooms and sauteed foie gras on top and cubes of it included in the sauce.This was soo good!!! Our other pasta was a pasta that was assembled and tossed in a parmesan wheel.He flambees his wooden spoon so it will be hot enough t be able to scrape some of that parmesan heaven into our pasta dish then topped with sauteed champignon..Buenisimo! We also had the pepper steak and the nice,flavorful and crisp duck confit with sauerkraut.To end,we were prepared crepes suzette table side.There is romance in table side preparations!

    Fun night life!This is the best place for spending fun and enjoyable nightlife in the city.I like here because there is a Live band. We went here to drink and I love there original cocktail drink "BULLDOG" I have just tasted here. An affordable Bar in the city. We chose to stay at the ground floor inside because we feel more comfortable and is cool inside. Outside is good for those people who wanted to speak with other people wherein you can meet a lot of different foreigners who used to hang out in their.
