I was simply underwhelmed by the grade of the meals here. Serving the meals took lengthier than what I’m utilized to in a Japanese eating place (but this is likely since it was towards the finish of the lunch hr and the cafe was still prettypacked whenever we arrived), high quality of the sushi lunch time set was above typical but not great. The final time I visited this place, it actually smelled like rat manure around. It's a pity they serve probably the greatest Jap cuisine in your community (I understand 'coz I've visited this resto many times about 6 yrs earlier). My final visitwas a disappointment when i didn't benefit from the food that a lot due to the background smell. I am hoping they do some main renovation to eliminate that, otherwise it might be a pity to reduce such a great resto with a successful cuisine.

Have been an intermittent patron for ~thirty many years and little modifications, particularly the decor. The meals quality is excellent. Get the 5types sahimi plate: solid slices of salmon and tuna, tender squid and whitefish so when generous part of uni as you can wish for.Spending for sliced ginger because a part dish is annoying but reflects the very cheap pricing because of this dish - Php600. Yes the surroundings needs a resto however the problems used by two of the wait around personnel to polish the San Mig bottles because they loaded them in to the fridge didn't smack of a joint with too little customer care.

So long as I could remember I’ve been arriving at Nihon for yummy Japanese meals that won’t break your budget. The meals was amazingly consistent even though the costs have remained amazingly lower. Spicy tuna maki, kaki age group with fried rice, beefteppan, chirashi sushi, I possibly could do not delay - on. Until tonight. Tonight, to my horror, they fed all of us undercooked poultry liver yakitori. We didn’t see it until after it had been eaten. Absolutely nothing left but bloodstream on the plate and a lot of empty excuses from the “manager” who was simply at an utter reduction on how best to deal with the problem. Not returning here any time in the future. Maybe even actually. Unless someone gets ill from the raw poultry, in which case I am back and again. Or else, it’s FO for me personally and Nihon. It’s the finish of a time. Goodbye, old friend.
