Ordered Chicken Tikka Biryani from this place via website since i have been eating from BGC branch before. Seems like their food quality and taste is gradually falling. I also experienced the same from BGC before. Anyway, asked them to make it juicy by adding a bit of their orangesh sauce but it was so dry. Serving is good amount i cannot complain about that but taste of the chicken feels like the meat is not fresh at all as if it was there since last month. Other than that, asked them to add plastic spoon and fork but there was nothing unfortunately. Wanted to give them a chance to see if i was mistaken about their recent quality but i guess this was the last chance. Sorry guys but you really need to improve a few stuff so that people can start rating you 4 or above.

Spoiled food and rotten service. Since we live right across the street, I ordered lunch to be delivered. It is a two minute walk. It arrived quite quickly. Although the rest of the food was decent, the aloo gobi was bad. Unfortunately it wasn't until after swallowing a mouthful that I noticed the cauliflower was spoilt. It had a strong, pungent odor, somewhere between fermenting cabbage and sweaty socks. After a few minutes my stomach began to ache. I called up and politely explained what happened. I expected to hear a quick apology and an offer of a refund. Instead, the woman on the phone sounded like I was wasting her time. They wanted to "change item." After explaining my lack of appetite, it took me another few minutes to explain that a refund was only fair - just for that one dish - out of principle. They agreed. I would wait for them, and return the unfinished portion for a refund. 3 hours later, I am still waiting. I decide to go down myself, and collect the refund. I get there and they have clearly forgotten all about it. Even after showing them the spoilt food, no apology. When I explained my stomach hurt, they told me to get a medical to prove it. Seriously? Eventually, after calling the manager for approval, they give me the refund. Two 100 peso bills and 70 pesos worth of coins! Ridiculous.

I went tonight to this place expecting to get some fresh, good indian food. Ordered one jeera Lassi, one mango Lassi, an order of samosas, one black pepper paneer dish, one Chana masala, one naan, and one garlic naan. Except for jeera Lassi which was barely tolerable, every item was bad tasting, stale and badly presented. (I can't say anything about the mango Lassi because I had ordered it for my guest who finished less than 20% of the glass). They can't even make (heat packaged) naan well. I am not going to go their again and would advise against going there if someone asks.

Just order anything and you'll leave happy and full. The ube shake was so good. My favorite is their fish curry! It was creamy and savory, a must-try!!!
