Would definitely come back! Loved everything especially their Unli King Crabs, Sashimi and so far the best Tempura I have tried!Used Eatigo's promo which is 50% off and glad it included their Sets! Set C is a must try since this is the only set where there are king crabs

Been here with our team to have dinner a week ago.The food are good but serving us with staff are too slow which may lead others to lost appetite. Some of them also forgot to give what we're asking.

Polite staff and amazing food! We went there an hour before they closed but we still got superb service and the food served are still fresh and tasty! I love everything about our experience. I will definitely come back! 🐽

Fried chicken served to us caused allergy to my nephew. His mouth felt so itchy when we got home. We dine to celebrate anniversary of my parents. We will never dine there again.

The price is expensive but worth it since the food is absolutely delicious. We ordered the Set B and were very satisfied with our meal. Ambiance is okay and I like the set-up where you get the meat, dumplings and veggies that you want instead of serving everything. One disappointment was majority of the soup were out of stock.

Super bagal ng service. As in. Food was great pero then again di namen nasulit yung unli sushi and tempura which is my favorite pero once lang nag serve ng tempura and then inabot pa ng 30minutes yung pag serve ulit ng sashimi and california maki. Yung beef dunno if one plate lang talaga yon pero 4 kame eh. Ill still come back here pero i hope yung service mag improve.

a very frustrating meal. this deserves a negative rating!!!my only daughter used Eatigo for this meal she was so excited for me to try. she reserved for the 2:30pm slot. and to our disgust, we were told they close at 2:30 but will accommodate us & told us that their last call is 2:45 so we need to place our order for 15 min & eat everything in 30 min as they will close the resto at 3pm. kinda rude! why would Eatigo put a 2:30pm slot then?worst of the worse dining experience was to see a head & a couple of legs of a COCKROACH on the shrimp tempura. their explanation was "hindi napansin" at the tempura batter. so gross!we were charged P275 instead of P344. so kapal! nag charged pa talaga! calling for the sanitary office of the Makati City Hall. this resto is due for inspection & sanction.calling Eatigo to have this outlet re-evaluated & re-accredited. Yikes to the highest level!

I would rate this a 3 but since we dined here with an Eatigo discount I'm adding another star. The food was above okay. They have a variety of the stuff to be cooked. The Japanese style chicken is worth a mention. We have dined here twice and the service was always slow. It would take 10 to 20 minutes for orders to come out and the place wasn't even packed. Overall it was an okay experience.

HORRIBLE customer service but undeniably THE BEST Hotpot place in terms of taste. I never had the penchant for hotpots until I had theirs. It is now a constant craving. I still don't understand why they removed their bestselling broth but the substitutes still have better flavor over broths in other hotpot establishments. I just wish they value customers more. On one occasion, only half their restaurant was full but they denied us service for some reason. I am guessing something was wrong with the pots or they are saving on costs but it was really frustrating.Good value for money since the servings are unlimited. They have great mozzarella and crab balls.
