I was able to try this restaurant in Glorietta 2 for lunch. I thought that this one is a japanese restaurant and I was craving for ramen at the time. The restaurant offers a variety of meals from noodles to seafoods. Today I tried their Beef Curry, Stir Fry Chicken, Scallops with Brocolli and Fried rice. I love the curry because the curry flavor is not very overwhelming and the beef is very tender. The chicken also taste good and not that salty as it looks. It has a sweetness and salty taste. The brocolli and scallops has a distinct taste of salted eggs which I love.Overall, the place is good, service is good and the food is good. On my second visit me and my thai friends tried their seafood kalbi, yakisoba and Peking Duck Soup/Udon. All of our orders are good for 2-3 people. The seafood kalbi is creamy and not spicy. I was so full

Their Dong Bo Buns are a must try. Great buns that they make themselves plus pork thats sweet tigether with crushed peanuts.Another dish that is worth the try is their fish and tofu with toasi. It arrives really hot on your plate that it is still boiling hot. Fresh fish with soft tofu and generous sauce. Their bibimbap is also good for the spicy eaters. One refreshing drink that you can order is their dalandan basil shake. Yum!

Still on ramen high, my mom and I tried Mu Noodle Bar. Looking from the outside you would think that it's an expensive ramen place. But when you look at their menu, you'll find that their prices are very reasonable. I ordered the beef tendon noodle while my mom ordered a dish that I forgot ( it has spareribs). My beef tendon noodle is the bomb! It has a lot of beef and tendon, the noodles was al dente, and the soup has a very distinct soy taste that I loved. The serving was huge it can be shared by 2-3 persons (not for the hangry though). My mom's order was also good but was on the sweet side-- something that she's not fond of. Given that, I had to finish her order while she devoured my beef tendon noodle! Overall, I would recommend Mu Noodle Bar for their ramen. I'll be back go try more of their dishes!

In the ramen restaurant selection this place isnt as recommended as its counterparts. However I still liked their noodles and oyster cake. Ambience is quite funky too.

We spotted Mu Noodle Bar. It was a bit dark from the outside so we initially thought that the place was empty. It was only until one of the staff members opened the door for us when we finally realized that there were a few people inside. The black and brown fixtures, hanging lamps and dim lighting somehow gave this restaurant a quite relaxing vibe. It was past lunch time on a Monday so the place was quiet. Because of this, our orders were served to us in an instant. We got to try their very flavorful Black Tofu with Pork. The pork strips are very tender, with the perfect amount of fats in it. I don’t know what they put in it, but the slices of tofu can actually disguise as pork strips, too! It also has bean sprouts which added texture to the dish. I loved how all the various flavors of the different elements of this dish worked perfectly in giving our taste buds such a treat! Guests also have the choice to have this dish with beef instead of pork. Now, Mu Noodle Bar’s Sweet and Spicy Spareribs has got to be my favorite among all the dishes served to us! Each piece of the spareribs is generously coated with a sweet and spicy sauce. The meat is tender, and the sauce has the perfect balance of sweetness, spiciness and saltiness. The sesame seeds toppings add a nutty flavor to this dish. This is my kind of comfort food!

The place was cool (literally), a warm bowl of noodles is just perfect. We tried the beef with tendon and charsiu pork ramen (with 2 choices of soup base: soy or miso; 2 noodle choices: ramen or udon) The pot for the ramen was nice, maintained the heat of the soup. We also had salmon salad and pork gyoza. Food was pricey but delish.

I also get their beef with tendon noodles. You have an option for the noodles and soup, whether udon or ramen and miso or soy based. I can't finish the whole thing so I aways share it with a friend. It's worth the price since you get what you asked for, and for a 300 pesos noodles with huge serving, perfect. Try their appetizers too like gyoza, chilled tofu, etc. Oh and their green tea ice cream is a plus! another good thing is that they don't have a service chanrge and accepts credit cards as a payment 😁

We were looking for a place to have ramen and ended up here. We ordered beef tendon noodles and fried porkchop noodles, both on soy sauce and with ramen noodles. The beef noodles tasted like beef mami you'd usually get at your fave mamihan, except it is expensive. The broth tasted like kikkoman boiled in water for 5 minutes. There was a lot of beef in the bowl though. The porkchop was served separately and tasted like your usual porkchop. What I liked about this restaurant is they serve their noodles on a kind of a sizzling bowl that the soup almost did not go cold. When the bowl was served, the soup was almost sizzling

At an average of 300 php per meal, Mu Noodle Bar offers a satisfying Ramen. Their Beef and Tendon noodles was soft and tender, the shoyu broth is my top choice over their miso soup. Word of warning though, take time to cool offyour ramen or make sure you have a cold drink on the side. Their Ramen is always served Magma-hot!!!
