Food is fine but customer service needs improvement. It took over an hour for our food to arrive and the waiters forgot who ordered which dish (and what dish he/she had on hand.) Said chicken fingers but served fish and chips , claimed he was serving mushroom soup but actually handed over clam chowder (we only realize the mistake upon testing the dish.) Came put with “steaks” but didn’t know which one she had on hand and needed to go back to the kitchen to realize they were actually the pork chops. The Restroom was also poorly lit, and there was no more tissue, also the floor was wet with tissue on the floor. Reported issue to staff sitting by the kitchen/toilet; checked it after 15 minutes- tissue was replenished but floor left wet and dirty (dirty tissue left on the floor.) Note that restaurant was only half full all this time.

Ambiance is great, room temperature is adequate.👍Food service is a tad bit slow.🐢Food taste delicious though.👌Price for food is reasonable.👍There are some moments where order requests wasn't accurate because of the possibly new servers.🤔

The food was good as always. Btw, it’s my 3rd time here and this is my first time to make a review. The problem was the crew of the restaurant. They always forget the orders specially with drinks and the worst they even forget to give us the utensils and plates to think that they started serving the food that we ordered. The clam chowder soup that I ordered came as the last food to be served because it was forgotten as well. I think Servers doesn’t have a good communication with each other which is not good for the restaurant and the customers.

Still the best Rockefeller Oysters we've tasted in Makati. The way the juicy oysters mix with the cheese, salt, and lemon juice is perfection. Their steaks are great value for money too!

We always order the Grandma's steak and it's always great -- but Service is always bad during dinner time. They seem to be consistently understaffed.

I've been here several times over recent years! It is consistent if nothing else. Reasonable value for money. The oysters are quite good. House red wine is great for what it is. Staff are friendly and smiling which is more than I can say for other restaurants I've visited in Makati recently.

Super slow service, waited food for 1hour, the waiter are not very attentive, mix up all the side dishes and make sure the waiter dont write your orders in a tissue paper

Not my first time here , but I can’t recall the last time I went here to eat. I was with my officemates and our client for a dinner. Food was okay. Very poor customer service. Food was delivered way too long. We even found a broken piece of plastic fork in one of the cheese cube whatever that we ordered. Not happy and not going back here again .

Awesome oysters! Poor service. Servers chat aloud and i was looking for a megaphone just to be noticed. But the food is pretty good and reasonably priced.

Place has a chill vibe, dim lightings and classic leather seats. They not only offer a wide bar list plus beer matches but also mains and pasta for those who’s interested in something heavier. Oyster Rockefeller is yum! The spinach and cheese just goes so well with the oysters.Nachos is super nice because of the dip! Super yummy!Their ribs was also really good along with the side mashed potato and buttered veggies. The meal includes a choice of soup of the day or salad, we opted for the soup which was ok for me.Service is good, staff were very attentive. Air conditioning could use a little bit tweaking to make the place cooler since the hubby was complaining of being hot already after a shot of Tequila and some beer.Update:Oyster Bisque has 1 pc oyster in the cup. Tasted tangy not much oyster taste. Grilled Marlin is good, garlic noodles has a distinct buttery taste.Update 10/3/19:They granted my request to take out the stick on my pork bbq which was a plus for me. Didn’t like their tomato based soup, it was too sour for me. Hubby liked the burger patty but not much of a fan of the bun.
