Ordered from Food Panda and here is my honest review:I tried a 300 peso meal that tastes like a 150 peso meal and fills you up like a 75 peso meal. The food here is hardly remarkable, and taste-wise, is two steps behind other Mediterranean and/or Indian places like Beni's Falafel. They could have justified the price with the serving like what New Bombay offers, but no, there is no saving grace for this restaurant except that it doesn't have a competitor within the immediate area.website tags it as PHP 400 for two, but that's grossly outdated. Prices have gone up around 30 to 50 percent more. I'd steer clear of this place if I were you.

This place is like a hidden gem within the busy streets of Makati. Food is tasty and super affordable. Will totally satisfy your cravings. 😁

We were looking for a nice Persian dinner, but unfortunate for us we stumbled upon ZaHra Persian Grill. The food was generally disappointing, except for the Falafel (Php 68) and the Yogurt Smoothies (Php 88), and Hammous (Php 128)The Lebanese Hammous was actually quite tasty and I would eat it again. Unfortunately the Papadum that comes with it seemed to be underdone and doughy that we had to send it back. It came to our table after around 3 minutes, and I'm not sure they even tried cooking it again. The Samosa (Php 128) was alright and they serve 3 pieces that were actually quite heavy. We thought it needed sauce though since the flavor gets a bit flat after a fee bites. The beef of the Chello Tikka Kebab (Php 158), which was supposed to be the highlight of the evening and their specialty, was very tough that we had to spit out most of the pieces we got which left us kind of just eating the rice. It is worth noting that the garlic sauce and the chili garlic sauce was actually quite good though. I don't think I have it in my stomach to give this place a second chance. My go to place for Persian food. Serving size is good and they have decreased their prices as well. My usual and favorite order is the Joojeh Kebab.

This place is such a good little find especially if you would like to try some Persian food. Reasonably authentic, and a lovely clean and pleasant environment to relax . The service is polite and cheerful and had a good understanding of the food on the menu. And the Chef is from Iran. Food is made fresh while you wait and is a flavor explosion. So great! The price's are very affordable too. Highly recommended

Great ambience and service for a hole-in-the-wall. Good value for money! We tried the chicken curry and shawarma rice. What I loved was their chicken samosa, which is a steal at P100. We just discovered this place just last week and we've been here three times already.

i used to brag about this place, back to when it was still named zahra. i always order the falafel wrap and the veggie samosa. i used to love their samosa until to my disappointment, they changed it...... they changed the wrapper and even the filling. it was no where near its original samosa :( dunno why but this is not a samosa. it used to be in a triangular shape in a good pastry. i asked the server if they changed the owner. (the name changed long ago but the samosa remained the same until my last visit). she told me that the owner sold it to the chef so it was basically the same... yet why is it not the same...... such a disappointment.

Ambience:This place is not so noticeable even though I've passed it several times before. Signage isn't that prominent and there's no parking since it's facing the pedestrian crossing of Buendia. Air-conditioning was strong and background music matched the theme of their restaurant's food.Food:Chello Soltani Kebab was impressive as soon as it was being served. Serving size was very pleasing and exciting to see! Quality of the cooking was good and for the meat, it was okay. I found the ground beef more interesting than the chicken because the latter wasn't that tasty.Add P30 to make your rice basmati.Service:They offered basmati upgrade, proactively refilled water, knew their products, and gave a flyer for delivery via Food Panda. No service charge. 😊

We had the Chello Platter Kebab which was a lot even for the three of us. It could generously be shared by four people. Out of the whole platter, my favorite is the Chello Beef Kubideh Kebab. One piece of kebab would be enough for one rice because of the generous portion of beef.
