Reserved a table for 9 thru website. Booking was confirmed thru email, text and even thru the app. Unfortunately, when my colleague who arrived first to the place approached them - they denied the booking.Our booking was at 7pm when it was first confirmed. Then I rescheduled to 7:30pm, I still got a confirmation for the adjusted time. They reasoned out that they might have confirmed it accidentally. But I got confirmed twice - which made their excuse unacceptable. We were then lined up for a 9:30pm slot instead, so we decided to eat first while waiting for the room. Since the place was full, the manager (to be fair) tried to accomodate us and gave us a place to eat in one of their function room which is being prepared for a later event. We were calm in dealing with everyone but some staffs are being rude and no one even bothered getting our order not until I talked to the manager.They were saying that they were no longer taking online bookings since it was December. They should have posted this information here at website or I should have not gotten any confirmation. Also, some of orders were missed out.We have been kind in handling the situation, I don't think we had the appropriate treatment.

I decided to have a videoke party on my birthday. I called several numbers I got online, including the one here on website. There were too many numbers available on different sites, so I tried calling every number. Most numbers are no longer in service. Then, I got hopeful when the phone rang. Unfortunately, the person hang up on me before I could speak. I called again and politely asked if I was calling Megapro. She sarcastically said "Yes. Nagtext ako sayo." I was baffled at first, thinking she might've mistaken me for another customer. I said, "Wala po akong nareceive." Then, she said "Basta nagtext ako." I was surprised with how she treated a prospective customer. I just said, "Ah, ok po."I had to wait for over a minute before her text came through. She apparently texted me instructions on how to process a reservation.Though I was appalled by the experience, I had to push through as it was a last minute thing.

If you are up for some delicious meal and finger food while singing your heart out in the karaoke with friends, then MegaPro Family KTV must be your next stop. This "hidden gem" seems underrated due to numerous mainstream KTVs in Makati. Only a few know that the food really tastes good here especially their chopsuey, bam-i, and sweet & sour fish. They have a wide selection of Filipino, Japanese, Korean, and American food. I was even surprised that they serve sushis and sashimis late at night! Not to mention also that the service was amazing. Despite the numerous requests of my group to every staff, they were just all at our service. They were pleasant to talk with all the time.Apart from the KTV area, there's a Shabu-shabu Restaurant beside that I guess belongs to the same owner. I was able to try the single set shabu-shabu (500 PHP). The serving was huge. I like the tofu the most. Parking is available. It's open until 2AM.

Celebrated friends birthday last Friday. Since it's for Friday, we reserved the place for guarantee room. Scheduled by 9pm but we came in 9:30 (lols). Unfortunately, our time starts on our reserved time so really come on time haha. Staff were friendly and nice.For our food, we got the Package Menu 1 which consists of Fried Chicken, Lumpiang Shanghai, Sisig, Chopseuy, Pansit, Rice, a pitcher of iced tea and 2 buckets of local beers. Nothing special about their food but at least it wasn't bad. So it was a nice dinner. Serving was also good for the 10 us. I was really doubting about the iced tea for all of us, but its actually concentrated so we add water and got everyone taste it. Haha.However, our main agenda here is to held our concert and we did. Haha. The place was nice and neat. Facility tho can be improved since it's obvious that its been used many times already. Haha.Overall, had a good experience. 👍🏻

The place was nice and the food was great, it's chillin time, it's for barkada's hang outs and also for family, and the lights was too cool and the sounds was also great no more comments

Fantastic place to chill after a busy,crazy day at work! Great foods! The interior was nice and new! Old and latest songs? surprisingly, they all have it! Will never go to other karaoke place anymore! Mega Pro Rocks! Finally, I found the perfect place to sing my heart out! :)

Love the food!! All thanks to my friend who treated me here. So far this is best samgyupsal I’ve eaten. Plus points to the people here who were approachable and friendly. I’m definitely looking forward to come back here. 🤗💕

We’ve visited this place twice now and got the same package both times. The place looks outdated and could use a renovation as it still looks like it’s from the 90s. But the place is clean through so no harm there. The food is all typical except for the cheese sticks!! They don’t skimp on the cheese filling. I would have eaten them all but there were some friends who were still on their way lol. I guess the only issue we had is the way the a/c is positioned in the room (#3). Whichever way we adjust the louvers, a surge of air still finds its way to the table. Thus, our food was cold in a matter of minutes.

Budget friendly Korean resto in Makati. The price for buffet is very reasonable for the good quality of meat and dishes. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Will definetely go back here.
