I consider the sans rival at Mary Grace as one of the best that I have tasted. I love the cashew nuts on top. The sweetness of the cake is just right. It's not too sweet. Aside from the sans rival, the ensaymadas and cheese rolls here are also good.

I forgot the name of my order. It's bread with butter and sugar on top. Don't order this. It's not appetizing. It tastes like bread at kalinderia bakeries. Not worth it. By the way, this mary grace branch is just a stall at the medical city. Practical if you'll visit somebody at the hospital and bring as a gift.

Oh yes! PASTA it is! I tag along my sis in law to brag Mary grace ole's pasta, apart from its cheese roll and cozy place. Im glad she liked the place. Since were looking for a red sauce pasta with a legit tomato taste, we opt to order "pasta amatriciana" twas a meaty kind of pasta which is great, since protein is needed, love the meatballs was tasty, the serving and thr presentation. Hence, you will not regret to bring someone to this place, the price is just right, the foods are healthy and tasy plus the place. So it an all in one package

It's not the cafe type you see in malls, it's just a take out kiosk for their baked products. If you forgot to buy something for your intended visit in the hospital, this is your best bet! A box of ensaymada would be a welcome treat (except if they're diabetic). Nothing is really diet friendly here but Mary Grace always brings a smile to the recipient. Here's a small box of lemon bars (120pesos) - tangy, sweet and a bit sticky, great pair to a cup of tea. Too small I think! But just the perfect size so as not to over indulge. Recommended.
