Like how Manam brands itself as a comfort Filipino food, their Filipino dishes are truly comforting. Plus they have an extensive menu so you'll need to come back several times just so you'll be able to try everything in their menu. And even though we had a good food experience, I don't think we'll frequent Manam Comfort Filipino Greenbelt 2. The long lines are discouraging. Meanwhile, food takes a while to be served. And oh, even if there were a few customers left, it took sometime before we got the bill. So their service is something that should be improved on. Plus the space on this branch is tight so I aim to dine on their other branches.

Great food as always. Staff was nice but there was a time that we had to call them several times for us to place our order because they were preoccuppied with their phones. I would still recommend this branch. I recommend their watermelon sinigang, caramelized patis wings and the all time fave crispy sisig!

Food took too long to arrive! My family of three dined there at lunch today. We were seated at 12:15 and we ordered right away. We ordered three dishes. It took them an hour to serve our food. We won’t be returning to this restaurant anytime soon. Never again!

This is a late review. Tried this mid last year. First service really sucks here. Not only do you have to wait long, the staff has no sense of urgency and you can feel that they simply don’t care. Parang robot lang. nakakawalang gana sumagot about the food. Second, food (with a twist) just sounds fancy but lackluster. Pang IG lang. really not worth the wait or money. If I can rate their food lower than zero, I would. Why would I subject myself waiting that long and paying for cold, tasteless food? Pinoy is known to be comfort food, it didn’t have any. Sisig their pride tasteless. Crispy palabok, sana tubig na lang sauce nyo. The only thing that came decent enough? Laing at least lumabas na food court quality at may lasa. Mainit init pa na serve.

Food is okay. Got myself (and preached other friends t avail) a moment card because of the food. It’s the service that sucks here (based on MY personal experience since I’ve dined here about 5 times this year 2019 already). The staff who gets your name to queue guests are particularly snobbish! Special mention to the lady whose name goes by Emz who in my opinion does not deserve to be one of your frontliners. Snobbish, not accommodating, robotic, transactional.Oh and one more thing. Can you explore the possibility of opening up a table reservation service even just for parties of 10 or more? It’ll be a great way to decongest the walkway fronting your restaurant and hopefully get your frontline staff to smile and make customers feel they are welcome. Thanks

Food Won’t Break Your Heart

We ate in Manam for the first time last November. We came in before lunch time so it was not crowded at the time. Ambience is okay and room temperature was quite cold.When the food arrived, I was surprised to see such large portions. The food itself tasted great. They had very interesting takes on classic dishes. Their meals are great for big groups so I understood why the restaurant is normally full.What I wish could have been improved was the service. We sat at the table very close to the kitchen and staff area. We were trying to get the attention of some staff working by what I assume is the POS just right next to us. At one point I saw one staff saw me calling their attention but still ignored until another staff who seems to be the one actually taking orders saw us. This happened a few times when we were raising our hand and trying to get their attention.I understand some restaurants have specific roles for each staff; however, we would have appreciated not to just be ignored or atleast assisted to the right person.

The food tastes great. ☺️However, I feel sad about their staff and poor service. My family and I (8 in total) ordered at 11:16am, and our food was served at 12:32pm 😢 Take note, wala masyado customer that time. The staff were ignoring us when we asked for our order status. The only reason we keep on asking them because some customers with a group of 10, 6, and 4 who came in late, got their orders first instead of us. My grandpa asked Katrina to take a picture of us politely with a smile even tho our food was late. And her response to my grandpa?? She said “wait lang” with an impolite tone, I swear. I love Manam, but please improve your service and the character of your staff. Thank you. Try their Molito Alabang branch instead. The staff and service is awesome. They are also SPED - friendly ☺️
