    Hard to produce a reservation (number about website is wrong; simply no reaction to emails) but ultimately obtained through (though on the night time we went I desire we hadn't) The initial rule of customer serbice needs to be the opportunity to serve the client. We orderedfrom the set of meat meals (pork for me personally, lamb for my partner); 10 minutes afterwards the waitress came back to state that everything apart from the beef has been sold out (this is at 7.45); no poultry, no duck, zero lamb, zero pork. Then your litany of excuses poured out. First it had been "very busy lunchtime" (therefore go out and purchase more food!); after that it was that one meat meals have a 12 hr cooking process (therefore start cooking more early in the day; Wednesdays is really a busy evening in Manila which means you have to get some type of calculated risk on amount of diners). Finally, it had been that there have been a recently available fire in your kitchen and they didn't possess the fridge/freezer space to shop enough food. OK therefore if that's the reality then do the good and logical factor and restrict the amount of reservations or walk-ins you try a number it is possible to definitely accommodate. Just avoid being greedy and sit down everyone down knowing complete well you can't provide a reasonable choice of meals but banking on the actual fact they can not be bothered to go on someplace else (and do not ask stupid queries when I'm complaining concerning the dearth of meats dishes i.e. "think about pasta?").     I had supper here throughout a business trip also it was ok. The ambience of the area is decent, however the service lacks just a little. When I initial got in, I requested for a desk for 4, obtained the menus and waited a little formy other visitors to reach. Subsequently our guest arrived and we shifted to some other table and the menus was not provided after that. I'm guessing the waiter/waitress assumed we weren't going to order supper. They did assist us cool water though. I actually prompted the waiter for the menu and after looking at, ordered the pasta and shrimp. The meals is merely average at best. Great presentation however the taste is typical, possibly a touch too salted or MSG additional as I was extremely thirsty thereafter. 3 stars at best.

    We have visited several times and both were really enjoyable experiences. Meals is not any too pricey, it's existing perfectly and is tasty :) I've got the salmon citrus sandwich and lulu pasta, that includes a nice small chili kick toit. Hubby purchase the steak sandwich two times which also includes a side purchase of fries, ketchup and a wee lettuce salad. The wait personnel is lovely and even though several reminders were required on our first go to, it wasn't a problem. Looking towards working through the menus :)

    Was among those days ! Ordered an individual malt of the menus. Unavailable. Ok. Happens. A different one. Not available. Hell ! Ok beer. And the chicken wings. In no way heard of a location running out of these. And yes. Unavailable. I passby LuLu everyday. But am not really going again !

    I purchased the voucher online because I must say i love taking in wagyu. I had not been disappointed making use of their Wagyu. Ordered moderate rare steak. It had been therefore tender and juicy. Their sides tasted good aswell. In addition they serve wine for individuals who eat steaks. It isa fine-dining resto in the centre of Salcedo street.

    How do a restaurant which makes very good meals (except on the frequent events where they may actually run out of elements; read mine along with other testimonials) let itself down frequently on the basics? How hard could it be for a eating place to have anup up to now wine list when -- whilst looking forward to a formal printing work -- these could be created and printed at work? Same excuse yesterday evening as a couple weeks ago. "We're updating"; "we've a new provider"; "it's being done together with the renovations". Your wine list I was presented with had virtually nothing accessible so when i complained they apologised they shouldn't have trained with to me. We just wanted wines by the glass. Ultimately they completed 3 bottles that they said had been the white wine options (all more expensive compared to the wines by the glass detailed on the out-of-date menus). For the burgandy or merlot wine, they had ONE selection by the glass. Once again not on the menus and 440 pesos for a 150ml gauge. How will you offer just one single choice at this type of high price. Even 5-star resorts in Manila present cheaper options. This totally undermines the worthiness proposition of Lulu's foods. Seriously Lulu you need to sort out your worth proposition and begin treating the consumer with an increase of respect and consideration. Incidentally, the waiting staff collecting in the part to laugh about my problems didn't help either!

    Very good service right here and reasonably great food. Much better the bar chow compared to the main menu choices. My favorite one may be the tuna and bangus sisig; salads and the poultry wings may also be okay (these types are really HUGE, incidentally). They serve locallycrafted beer here (IPA Pirate and Wild Ride) by pint. The neighborhood inside for dine in is fairly beautiful; the terrace outside is usually way too scorching; regrettably, the aircon exhaust from the developing where the restaurant is situated thrusts directly on the terrace, and something can feel the heat flow when seated there. Way easier to stay indoors. It might outcome slightly overpriced, though, however in the overall this is a very decent place.

    We simply bumped into this gem by simply going for walks by and I let you know that the meals was delicious, display was fabulous and the assistance was on point. The pictures will tell it all❗️ The restaurant sign says the Catch 🤔

    Appeared for Lulu, and discovered this when seated I recognized the menu introduced now could be "Catch". Waitress says almost all menu item exact same from Lulu. Loved the beginner Tanigue, a Filipino design Creviche from Mahi Mahi fish. Choice for primary was US Angus Primary Ribeye 300g,outstanding aged piece of meats paired with a fresh Zealand Pinot Noir. Bill found PHP 2,324.75 following a 20% low cost with VISA card.

    A little pricey, however the chef is good and the meals is fresh, nicely seasoned. What is excellent about Lulu will be that they will set off menu if requested. Good service too!
