I found out about Lorenzo's Way through website while looking for a good place to bring my parents to for lunch. The good ratings were justified as I tried their Sotanghon in Baby Pusit and Kare Kare. We were supposed to have their advertised Mahi-Mahi but it wasn't available so I had it replaced with Rosemary Chicken. Will try other dishes when we come back.I knew for sure, through another LJC restaurant, that Sikreto ni Maria would be the perfect dessert so we had that too. My dad liked the Fresh Carrot Juice here.If you're in Greenbelt, this is a must-try Filipino resto. Not only do they have good food but also, service is commendable. For the three of us, I was supposed to pay 2010 pesos which includes a 10% service charge. With senior discount, it dropped to 1782.

This is the first time I've been to a LJC resto and luckily, for my first website FC last July 2018 🚩 Lorenzo's Way serves Filipino-Spanish fusion cuisine and I can't wait to try them! For the appetizers, we had the Kesong Puti Caprese and Caesar Salad. Both of the greens are good when paired with mains. I appreciate the salad dressing because I'm not that head over heels for greens, but this one caught me off guard! For the mains, we had the Inihaw na Sugpo, Castillas de Ternera Guisada, Spanish Garlic Chicken, Adobong Puso ng Saging at Gambas, Black Pata, Paella Valenciana and Pancit Sotanghon sa Baby Pusit (for the noodles). My most favorite among them is their Black Pata. It very much tasted like the Pata Tim I've been craving for so long and that was definitely a hit for me. Especially their Paella and Inihaw na Sugpo! The Black Sotanghon was new to my tastebuds and it did not disappoint me. The Spanish Garlic Chicken was also savory. For the desserts, the Gigil Tart, Baklava, and Mango & Almond Panna Cotta. I can't remember if I tried the Gigil Tart but I know I eat tarts so maybe I liked it (lol) and my pesonal fave was their Baklava-- it was heavenly! The panna cotta just doesn't look appetizing to me.The place has a very classy Medieval/Filipino theme. The ambiance and the feel of the restaurant is sophisticated too. The staffs can also attend at your requests on most of the times. I even ordered for chamomile tea that time and they gave me a teapot of it! The price of their foods are a bit of expensive, but I'm pretty sure it's fair in overall.Hoping to come back soon! [Last visited, July 2018]

As a tribute to Larry J. Cruz, the LJC Restaurant Group marks September, his birth month, as LJC Month. The celebration features the LJC Festival of Flavors, the annual LJC Good to Dine Campaign, and Larry’s Treat. Filet of Mahi-Mahi a la Provencale. Served on a bed of mashed potatoes with tomato caper sauce and sautéed shitake mushrooms.Pochero Especial. A dish of Spanish roots with a Filipino twist; served with chorizo, saba bananas, and vegetables.
