It was my first-time to go to the Lobby Lounge at Makati shangrila and all I could say is that staffs were giving exceptional program specifically Shek, Josa, Danica. Always checking through to me easily still need anything, hot smiles and incredibly approachable. Theseladies should have to become acknowledged because of their excellent serivce and mindset.

We sat here for earlier supper on your day of our arrival at the Shangri Una Resort. I had a poultry caesar salad and my partner ha some calamari. Assistance was gradual and the present of the Buffet of wines (which we recognized at P888per person) came so gradually that people only managed two little cups of wine each. We have to just have obtained a bottle and we'll not make that error again. Getting said that, the environment are super - only a pity that the assistance had not been up to the amount of another outlets in this phenomenal hotel

I had probably the most delightful lunch time at the lobby. The butter poultry was divine. I'd especially prefer to commend Appeal. She gave me probably the most exceptional, effective, friendly services. Greeted me by title, she anticipated the best drink, regular purchase, and all of the peculiarways that I love things to be achieved. Before I’d want to ask, she had been providing it. Absolutely smooth service and an excellent experience that produce me experience rested and wanting to return.

Any other excellent experience tonight and worthy of sharing. I had been assisted by Yen who provided me among the best support in this late hr. Very expert had time to talk about about her lifestyle and her life. Pretty intelligent and outgoing. Shangra-Una is fortunate tohave Yen within the group as she represented the business proudly. As she talk about if you ask me what her history was in university, which she research tourism, she is a real good location where Yen can develop. Congrats Yen!
