It was my first-time to go to the Lobby Lounge at Makati shangrila and all I could say is that staffs were giving exceptional program specifically Shek, Josa, Danica. Always checking through to me easily still need anything, hot smiles and incredibly approachable. Theseladies should have to become acknowledged because of their excellent serivce and mindset.

We sat here for earlier supper on your day of our arrival at the Shangri Una Resort. I had a poultry caesar salad and my partner ha some calamari. Assistance was gradual and the present of the Buffet of wines (which we recognized at P888per person) came so gradually that people only managed two little cups of wine each. We have to just have obtained a bottle and we'll not make that error again. Getting said that, the environment are super - only a pity that the assistance had not been up to the amount of another outlets in this phenomenal hotel
