The menu posted on website should be updated. I was looking forward to trying Lao Beijing's original Xiao Long Bao (4 pcs. at P88) and nothing else, so I only brought P150 with me. Apparently, the set of four wasn't on the actual menu. With only the measly amount of cash I had, I was only able to afford the shuijian bao four pc. set. As with the other reviews of LB's dumplings, the wrap is a little thick. I think a proper shuijian bao should have a crispy and brown bottom, however, there were barely any marks of these on the dumplings. IMO, price is a little high for the food.

Not that good quality chinese food especially their Xiao Long Bao, but just okay if you are on a budget. You can get better quality Chinese foods from other Chinese restaurants. Their place is also a bit too crowded and the airconditioning is not working properly. Bit cheap compared to other Chinese restaurants though, but at the expense of quality.

Didn't like anything about this place. Food is subpar. The place needs to install more exhaust fans. This place is only good if you want Chinese food but you are on a limited budget.

Minsan may sabaw minsan wala. VERDICT: NAKAKALOKA SA SARAP

I like that LBJ is just close to home and open 24 hours. It can get pretty crowded during the evening and you can expect waiting at least 20 mins before getting a table since their capacity is max 20 I think. Their XLB is good, I also like their beef noodles. Kudos to the helpful and approachable staff, too!

We ordered food delivery from lao beijing. The beef noodles with chili oil is very spicy and the taste is good. We also got the rice with koushui chicken and rice with sweet and sour spareribs, both are okay... their siomai is also okay. Overall good taste, especially when you are craving spicy chinese food.

Twice that has happened wherein I waited for 30 minutes and they forgot to prepare my order. I literally have to go to the counter for them to realize they forgot about it.

I ordered Hot and Sour Rice noodle, and was surprised how expensive, and small the serving has become. I then made an additional order of Kutchay Dumplings and we were waited for around 30 minutes. We followed up for our additional order only to find out the dish wasn't made the whole time. The worst part, we weren't even served water while waiting for our food. The staff we're ignorant towards serving its customers. There were only 3 occupied tables at the time.

Average food, specially when you order right. The waiter doesn’t respond when you call them, and There was only me and an asian foreigner. They served my food, ordered some steamed chicken with noodles, it was okay. Now after I’ve finished my food, I asked for the bill, no one was attending to me, again I asked for the bill, the waiter just told me the price but no receipt. I was annoyed, never paid and just left. The thing is, no one even bothered chasing after me. 3/5 food, bad service.

The best xiao long bao I’ve ever tasted (here in the PH)! Plus it’s very budget-friendly! Their other offerings are very good as well - noodles and pork bread! The space is quite small though so you need to wait for the queue as the tables get full fast.
